Please take everyone’s mail upstairs to the 3rd floor and place it in the wire box at the kitchen entrance.
This is a shared mailbox. Please check each other’s mail.

For deliveries and parcels, please specify a date and time when you will be at the house and pick up the parcel in person.

【Entrance Shoe Box】
Please use the part with your room number.
Please store shoes that do not fit in the shoe box in your own room.
Please be careful not to leave them at the entrance.

【Umbrella Stand】
Please use the space with your room number.
Please make sure not to use other tenants’ spaces.
Also, umbrellas are often misplaced.
It is recommended that you mark your umbrella with a rubber band with your room number to avoid mistakes.
Please be sure to fold your umbrella before putting it away.

【Shared Refrigerator】
You are not allowed to store personal food in the shared refrigerator.
Please be sure to clearly mark the date when storing food for a party or when sharing is allowed.

Also, most of the seasonings that are left over tend to go unused and dry out. Therefore, for hygiene reasons, please dispose of any leftover seasonings or uneaten food.
 

We ask that users take responsibility for managing the expiration dates of seasonings and ingredients, as well as maintaining hygiene inside the refrigerator.

【Personal Box】
Please use the space marked with your room number.
You can use this space to store seasonings and foodstuffs that can be stored at room temperature.

【Other】
* Do not place personal items in the shared condiment area.
* When sharing food items with housemates (including souvenirs), please include a note and ensure it is clearly labeled for everyone to understand.
* Items not stored in personal spaces and not retrieved after being called for will be discarded during cleaning.
 
 

A temporary storage box for personal items left behind is located in the sitting area.
Please be mindful not to leave your belongings behind in the shared space.

3F Bathroom & Bath:
The 3rd floor toilet and changing area are located in the same space.

Important Notes:
・When using the bath, please close the door and lock it.
・While the bath is in use, the toilet, sink, and washing machine cannot be used.
Once you have dressed, please open the door to make the toilet available.
・While the bath is in use, please use the toilets on the 2nd and 4th floors.
・Leave the door unlocked when using only the toilet, sink, or washing machine.

【Hair Dryer】
Hair dryers are available for use in the common area.

【Bath Box】
One bath box for personal items is provided per person.
When storing the bath box, please wipe off the water before storing.
Please be careful when storing the box as they are susceptible to mold and mildew.

【Washing Machine】
Location: 3F, Roof

Please use the washing machine only when you can immediately retrieve your laundry yourself.
(Please refrain from leaving it running while you go out.)

Roof-top washing machine hours: 7:00 AM – 12:00 AM
* Noise may be heard in the rooms. Please strictly adhere to the usage hours.

Available for reservation for online meetings etc.

Usage Rules:
You may use the space for a maximum of 2 hours.
Drinks are permitted, but meals must be eaten in the living room or other designated areas.
Do not reserve space by temporarily leaving personal belongings.
Please be mindful, as personal items like laptops are often left behind.
If you must leave your seat for more than 10 minutes, please tidy up your belongings before departing.
 
 

The trash area is located to the left of the entrance. You may place trash there at any time.
Please sort your trash properly and place it neatly inside.
* Large non-burnable items will not be collected. You must apply for bulky waste disposal yourself and dispose of it according to Tokyo Metropolitan Government rules.

【Designated garbage bags】

【Burnable trash】
Please go out the front door of the house and place the garbage in the garbage station next to the house entrance from outside.

【Plastics】
Please dispose of in trash cans for plastic.

【Plastic bottles】
Leave the label on, remove the cap, and place it in the same bag.

【Cardboard】
Please tie it up with a string and place it at the garbage station.

【Recyclables】
Divide them into containers in the space directly across from the house.
Remove the lids from plastic bottles and glass bottles and place them in their respective containers.

⚠️Please be mindful of noise!
The building is adjacent to the landlord’s property.
Always greet neighbors when meeting them in front of the house or on the rooftop.
 
Additionally, sound carries very easily.
We have received repeated complaints about footsteps on the stairs.
Please walk carefully to avoid loud thumping noises.

Regarding entry of non-contractees (Unisex rooms):
– If a friend is entering the room
Please make sure to apply for a visit/stay in advance.
– Regarding entry between tenants
In principle, entry is possible. Please be mindful of noise levels.

【Regular Cleaning】
There is regular cleaning once a week.
As a rule, regular cleaning is “an extra to daily cleaning.”
As a sharehouse is not a hotel, we kindly ask that those who use the sharehouse keep clean any areas that have become dirty in their daily life.
