* The main breaker is quite stiff, so you’ll need to apply some force.

* If the circuit breaker trips again after turning on a switch in a specific room:

Multigenerational Living

To Residents with Family Members:

■Be sure to check the linked page “Kashiwa House/About Use by Families”.

For Single Residents:

HASH196 is a multi-generational shared house. On average, five families live here.
Please be mindful of the following when interacting with children.

1. Do not give children food or snacks without their parents’ permission.
Even if a child asks, “Can I have some?”, please respond, “Ask your parents if it’s okay to eat.”
To prevent allergies or choking hazards, always confirm with the parents first.

2. Stop the children if they are doing something dangerous.
If there’s a risk of injury or accident, be vigilant and teach them about the danger.
When doing so, avoid joking around and convey it seriously while making eye contact. If they are too young to understand and persist in dangerous behavior, try redirecting their attention by suggesting a different way to play.

3. Teach chidlren about sharing rules.
Depending on the child’s age, teach them rules like putting away toys or storing things. When you explain why something is not allowed, rather than just saying “No!”, children find it easier to understand.
Support them by showing them how to do it, like putting things away together.

4. Other
If you have any concerns about communicating with children, please consult with their parents first.
The parents know their child best. We hope you can get to know each other—how best to communicate, how things are usually handled—and live together while warmly watching over them.

Regular Cleaning

【Regular Cleaning】
Twice a week, regular cleaning is conducted, divided into kitchen/bathroom areas and other areas.

As a rule, regular cleaning is “an extra to daily cleaning.”
As a sharehouse is not a hotel, we kindly ask that those who use the sharehouse keep clean any areas that have become dirty in their daily life.
