Mailbox:
Please use the mailbox with your room number.
For dormitory residents, the mailbox is shared.
For deliveries, please specify a date and time when you will be in the house and pick them up directly.
Delivery Box:
Only when circumstances make in-person pickup difficult, up to 3 items can be placed in the delivery box.
The key is inside the wooden shelf in the living room.
A delivery notice will be placed in the mailbox; please check the location and open/close the box accordingly.
Please note that retrieving items if the key is lost may take considerable time.
If possible, please arrange for direct delivery pickup.
Replacing the intercom batteries:
The intercom operates on batteries.
Remove the call button box located outside the entrance on the 1st floor using a Phillips-head screwdriver,
open the back cover, and replace the batteries.
(A beeping sound from the intercom inside the living room and a lit red lamp indicate low battery.)
It uses three AA batteries.
Batteries are consumable items and can be ordered.
Please assist with replacing the batteries when they run out.
Shoe Box:
Please use the part with your room number.
Please store shoes that do not fit in the shoe box in your own room.
Please be careful not to leave them at the entrance.
Umbrella Stand:
Umbrellas are often misplaced.
It is recommended that you mark your umbrella with a rubber band with your room number to avoid mistakes.
Please be sure to fold your umbrella before putting it away.
The umbrellas in the basket at the back are available for free use.
Shared Bookshelf:
This shelf has books that members recommend.
You may borrow books from here, but please be sure to return them.
This is not a place to leave unwanted books. If you wish to donate books, please apply via the official office LINE account.
Entrance Sofa:
This space is intended for relaxing activities such as leisurely reading.
As the first floor contains residential areas, casual conversation and phone calls are prohibited in the sofa area.
Bringing your bicycle:
One bicycle per person may be parked free of charge. Mopeds are not permitted.
When parking bicycles, please affix the designated sticker.

The house has two shared bicycles.
These shared bicycles are intended for short-term use only, such as when going to the supermarket.
For extended use, please bring your own bicycle.

* Shared bicycles are part of a free service offered when surplus bicycles are available.

The washing machines and dryers are located in the outdoor space outside the house.
There are no time restrictions, but please be sure to close the door when using them to avoid disturbing the neighbors.
As it is outdoors, shoes may be worn up to the entrance mat.
Please change into the slippers provided in the laundry area before using the machines.
1F Shared Refrigerator:
Personal food items cannot be stored in the shared refrigerator.
For items reserved for group meals or those designated for sharing,
please store them with the date clearly marked.
Additionally, small leftover amounts of seasonings are rarely used
and tend to dry out.
Therefore, for hygiene reasons, please discard any seasonings with just a little left or partially consumed dishes instead of storing them.
Personal Box:
Please use the space designated for your room number.
This box can be used to store seasonings and food items that can be kept at room temperature.
Shared Seasonings:
Shared condiments are made possible by your donations.
When using them yourself, please contribute something else in return.
If you need a large quantity, please purchase it yourself.
A temporary storage box for personal items left unattended
is located in the sitting area.
Please be mindful not to leave belongings behind in the shared space.

Hair Dryer:
Hair dryers are available for use in the common area.
Since there is no partition between the living area and the wash area,
from 12:00 AM to 7:00 AM,
residents on the 2nd floor should use the hairdryer on the 1st floor.
Residents on the 3rd floor should use the outlet in the changing room, closing the door while using it.
Bath Box:
Each guest is provided with one bath box (basket), stored under the sink.
To prevent mold growth, please ensure the bath box is wiped dry after each use before storing it.
You may use the guest room for online meetings etc.
How to Use:
For extended stays of one hour or more in the guest room:
Submit your reservation request to the “toiro Accommodation & Bicycle & Guest Room Reservation” group.
・Reservations can be made starting one week in advance.
・After submitting your request to the group, write your reservation on the upper section of the guest room reservation board yourself.
・Erase your reservation from the whiteboard after use.
・For minute-by-minute short-term use, please confirm no reservations are scheduled and write it on the whiteboard immediately before use.
・After use, be sure to delete it from the whiteboard.

⚠️Smoking is prohibited at the house diagonally across from us!
⚠️We have received several complaints. Please be mindful.
Smoking Area:
On sunny days: Please use the smoking area near the entrance to the house parking lot.
On rainy days: Please use the area under the entrance.
Additionally, there is a smoking area in front of the 7-Eleven, so please use that as well.
The garbage station is located just outside the service entrance next to the kitchen.
Please be careful not to forget to lock the door when using the service entrance.
* You cannot dispose of waste from your own room in the common areas.

Please put them in the garbage station located outside the house.
