【Regular cleaning】
There is regular cleaning twice a week, one centering on the kitchen and washing areas.
Basically, regular cleaning is an extra to daily cleaning.
As a sharehouse is not a hotel, we kindly ask that those who use the sharehouse keep clean any areas that have become dirty in daily life.

Please empty the mailbox regularly and put the mail in the mail shelf near the entrance.

For deliveries, please try to specify a date and time when you will be in the house to receive it in person.

【Entrance Shoe Box】
Please use the part with your room number.
Shoes must be kept in your own room except for the designated number of shoes you can put in the shoe box. Please be careful not to leave them at the entrance.

【Umbrella Stand】
Umbrellas are often misplaced.
It is recommended that you mark your umbrella with a rubber band etc. to avoid mistakes.
Also, please be sure to fold your umbrella before putting it away.

【Bicycle Parking】

Tenants may use the shared hair dryer.

The hair dryer on the 1st floor can be used around the clock.
Please do not use the hair dryers on floors 2 and 3 between midnight and 7 AM.

【Washing machine / dryer】

The washing machine and dryer on the 1st floor can be used around the clock.
Please do not use the machines on floors 2 and 3 between midnight and 7 AM, as they are close to private rooms.

There is a box in the living room for temporary storage of personal belongings found in the common areas.
Please try not to forget your personal belongings in the common areas.

Please throw away garbage at the garbage station next to the mailbox on the 1st floor.

Metal cans / Glass bottles / Plastic bottles
Please put them directly in the box for resource waste next to the garbage station.
