An umbrella stand for one umbrella per person is provided immediately inside the second-floor entrance.
Please confirm your room number and use the designated stand.
 

Umbrellas are often misplaced.
It is recommended that you mark your umbrella with a rubber band with your room number to avoid mistakes.
Please be sure to fold your umbrella before putting it away.

You can use this space to store seasonings and foodstuffs that can be stored at room temperature.

【Refrigerator】
A shared refrigerator is available in the 1st floor living room.
Please use the section labeled with your room number.

Due to limited space, the freezer is not divided into sections.
Large stockpiles are not permitted; please use it considerately and share space.
* Please clearly label your name on Ziploc bags or similar containers and use approximately one bag per portion.
* Occupying the entire freezer is prohibited. As we cannot accommodate large quantities of frozen prepared meals, please arrange your own refrigerator in your room if needed.
* If space is unavailable, please post a request in the Manners Thread.

* Vacant spaces are cleaned and therefore off-limits even if empty.
* Leaving small leftover condiments or dried-out ingredients can cause mold growth and pose a hygiene risk to other residents’ spaces.
For this reason, please discard any tiny amounts of condiments or partially eaten dishes rather than storing them long-term for hygiene reasons.

【Hair Dryer】
Hair dryers are available for use in the common area.
 
The hair dryer on the 1st floor can be used around the clock.
Please do not use the hair dryers on floors 2 and 3 between midnight and 7 AM.

【Washing Machine & Dryer】

The washing machine and dryer on the 1st floor can be used around the clock.
Please do not use the machines on floors 2 and 3 between midnight and 7 AM, as they are close to private rooms.

There are no storage boxes for items left in common areas.
Please make sure not to leave your items behind in the common areas.

The 3rd floor is for women only.

Regarding entry of non-contractees (Unisex rooms):
 
– If a friend is entering the room
Please make sure to apply for a visit/stay in advance.
 
– Regarding entry between tenants
In principle, entry is possible. Please be mindful of noise levels.

【Burnable Garbage】
Please put food waste in a plastic bag and tie it up before putting it in the trash bin.
 

【Plastics】
Placed in the same trash bin as burnable garbage.
 

【Recyclables】
Empty cans, glass bottles, and plastic bottles: Remove labels, rinse thoroughly, and sort before disposal.
Place sorted items in the designated bins next to the garbage station.
 

Please store all waste generated in your room, including cardboard, in your own space and dispose of it yourself on garbage collection days.

Smoking is prohibited inside the house and on the house grounds.
* As this house does not have a designated smoking area, please locate nearby smoking-permitted areas yourself and use the designated spots.
* To avoid disturbing neighbors, smoking is strictly prohibited at the house entrance and surrounding areas.

As a sharehouse is not a hotel, we kindly ask that those who use the sharehouse keep clean any areas that have become dirty in their daily life.
