* Please store your own items clearly, such as by using labeled storage bags, to prevent mix-ups.
* Due to limited space, monopolizing the freezer is prohibited. We cannot accommodate large amounts of frozen meal prep. If needed, please arrange your own refrigerator in your room.
* Leaving behind small amounts of leftover seasonings or dried-out ingredients can cause mold growth and potentially affect the hygiene of other residents’ spaces.
Therefore, for hygiene reasons, please refrain from long-term storage of any seasonings with just a little left or partially eaten dishes; discard them instead.
* Vacant spaces have been cleaned, so even if they appear empty, their use is prohibited.
【Hair Dryer】
A shared hair dryer is available for use.
When using the wash area after 10:00 PM, please be considerate of noise levels by closing the door.
【Use of Baths】
From 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM, the baths are used by many people, so please limit your bath time to about 30 minutes.
【Laundry Room】
Please be considerate when using the space after 10 PM by closing the door to the living room to minimize noise.
A temporary storage box for personal items left lying around is located inside the TV cabinet in the living room space.
Please be careful not to leave belongings in shared areas.

Tenants can use the gallery for free when there are no outside reservations.
(If the space is free that day, it can be used all day!
Non-residents can reserve the space until 6 PM on the previous day, so if there are no reservations by 6 PM, you can use it until the end of the next day.)

Please place your trash in one of the four trash bins located at the first-floor entrance.
Please strictly follow the designated rules for waste separation. When a garbage bag reaches 80% capacity, please work together to replace it.
* To prevent crows from scattering trash, please prioritize burnable waste when placing waste inside the bins.
* If bins overflow, please move recyclables outside and ensure a net is placed over them.
Place glass bottles, cans, glass bottles, and cardboard on the roadside next to the trash bins on Tuesday (by 8:00 AM; may be placed the night before)
* Do not put your room’s trash in the shared space bins.
* Please store cardboard waste and non-burnable trash in your room and dispose of it yourself on trash day.
Smoking is prohibited inside the house.

【Regular Cleaning】
The common areas are cleaned by cleaning staff once a week.
As a rule, regular cleaning is “an extra to daily cleaning.”
As a sharehouse is not a hotel, we kindly ask that those who use the sharehouse keep clean any areas that have become dirty in their daily life.
