This page is for your reference on your move-in day.
If you have any questions before your check in with the property manager, please review this page.

 



Entering the House

 

When to enter:
You may enter the house starting from your reserved time slot.

 

Door code:
The entrance door code is provided in the check-in details message sent on the day.
Please check the official LINE account for residents.

 

If you have any questions on the day:
If you have urgent questions regarding access to the premises, please contact the management company’s main phone number.
A representative will call you back.

Shoe box:
Please use the shoe box with your assigned room number.
In the unlikely event you find someone else’s shoes in your box, please share a photo with us during the subsequent management check.
We will verify the owner’s identity.

 

Entering the Room

 

Upon entering your room, please complete the move-in wear and tear form below.

* If there is any wear and tear in the room, please specify the affected areas using the form above.
* For any wear and tear not checked on the wear and tear form at move-out, additional move-out repair fees may apply.
* If you discover any issues with the room after moving in, please report them during the later move-in inspection with the property manager.

 

Personal Boxes in Shared Spaces

 

We provide several personal boxes in the shared spaces.
As the number varies by house, we will inform you again about the location of the personal boxes during the check-in process.

 

Main Personal Spaces:
– Entrance shoe box
– Entrance umbrella stand
– Kitchen storage (spice box)

* In some houses only:
– Personal space in the shared refrigerator
– Personal baskets in the shower room
– Other personal spaces

 

* Please use spaces with your own room number.
* If you happen to find someone else’s personal belongings in your space, please report them to the staff during the acceptance check. The staff will verify the owner.

 

House LINE Group and Greeting

 

Upon arriving at the house, please send a brief greeting to all residents via the House Manners LINE.
The House Manners LINE can also be used as a communication tool among all residents living in the share house.
Additionally, once you’ve settled in after moving, please stop by the living room to introduce yourself.
If you happen to pass someone in the hallway, please be sure to greet them proactively.

 

Waste Disposal

 

After moving in, please dispose of your trash according to the designated rules for your ward.
You can check the house guide for information on trash stations and disposal rules.
Please thoroughly review the city’s designated rules for sorting and other requirements yourself.
If you have any questions, please ask the staff during the move-in inspection.

Move-in Check by Staff

 

We will conduct an online check-in with you via video call at your scheduled appointment time. The call will last approximately 30 minutes.
We will contact you via our official LINE account, so please be sure to check your messages.

 

During the acceptance check, we will verify the following items.
If you have not yet completed the procedures, please ensure you do so beforehand.
