How to Switch Back to Automatic Lock Mode When Manual Lock Mode is Activated

Please use the part with your room number.
Please store shoes that do not fit in the shoe box in your own room.

【Umbrella Stand】
Umbrellas are often misplaced.
It is recommended that you mark your umbrella with a rubber band with your room number to avoid mistakes.
Please be sure to fold your umbrella before putting it away.

【Shared refrigerator】

You are not allowed to store personal food in the shared refrigerator.
Please be sure to clearly mark the date on the refrigerator when storing food for a party or when sharing is allowed.

Also, most seasonings that are left over tend to go unused and dry out. Therefore, for hygiene reasons, please dispose of any leftover seasonings or uneaten food.

【Personal Box】
Please use the box with your room number.
It can be used as a storage box for seasonings and foodstuffs that can be stored at room temperature.

There is a storage boxe for items left in the sitting space.
Please make sure not to leave your items behind in the common areas.

 
【Hair Dryer】
Hair dryers are available for use in the common area.

In principle, please use the wash stand on the 5th floor when drying your hair.
Hair dryers are not prohibited on the 3rd floor either, but please be aware of the time of day as residents’ rooms are located on the 3rd floor and the sound can easily echo.

Regarding entry of non-contractees:
 
– If a friend is entering the room
Please make sure to apply for a visit/stay in advance.
 
– Regarding entry between tenants
In principle, entry is possible. Please be mindful of noise levels.

A dedicated trash box is located on the ground floor of the building.

【Garbage Bags】
There are no designated garbage bags.
 

【Burnable Garbage】
Collected every Wednesday & Saturday
 

【Plastics】
Place in the same trash garbage can as burnable trash.
 

【Empty Cans, Bottles, and Plastic Bottles】
Collected every Thursday
The ward’s disposal method is as follows,
but since these items can be collected specially when placed in garbage bags, please continue placing them directly into the 1st floor garbage box for now.
(Please transfer empty cans and bottles to the designated containers.)

Each metal household item in one bag.
Spray cans and cassette cylinders in separate bags, and
