【Umbrella Stand】

Umbrellas are often misplaced.
It is recommended that you mark your umbrella with a rubber band with your room number to avoid mistakes.
Please make sure to fold your umbrella.

The elevator stops on floors 3, 5, and 7.

Access to and use of floor areas other than your own are prohibited.

<Evacuation Routes>
You can exit the building through the doors leading to the exterior staircases on each floor.
Please use these exits only in an emergency.
Please note that these doors cannot be opened from the outside.

*Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the building and on the premises.
Please refrain from smoking on the emergency staircases under any circumstances.

 

【Balcony】
The balcony in your room is intended solely for emergency use.
Please do not go out onto the balcony, as it is dangerous.
Please do not hang laundry on the balcony.

【Sink】
In the bathrooms on the 7th and 8th floors, hot water is heated in a tank located under the sink. Once the hot water runs out, the water turns cold, and it takes time for the accumulated water to heat up again.

【Hair Dryer】
Shared hair dryers are available.
*Please make sure to bundle the cord and return the dyer to its original location after use. Do not remove the dryer from the room.

【Laundry & Dryer】

Temporary storage for personal items left lying around is available in the Lost & Found Box located in each living room.
Please be careful not to leave your belongings behind in shared areas.

Edogawa Ward has strict rules regarding waste separation, so please be sure to sort your trash properly.

There is a trash station outside on the 1st floor.
Once you have gathered your trash bags, please take them out to the trash station.

*Please do not put trash from your room into the trash bins in the common areas.
*Please keep cardboard and non-burnable waste in your room and dispose of them yourself on trash collection day.

【Burnable Waste】
Please change the trash bag when 80% full.

【Plastic】
Put in burnable waste bin

【Plastic Bottles】
Please remove the cap and label and be sure to rinse out the contents.
Also, please crush the bottle before disposal.

【Recyclables】
Please place recyclables in the designated bins at the outdoor trash station.

Please remove the labels and be sure to rinse out the contents before disposal.
There are separate containers for each type of item at the trash station, so please place them in the appropriate one.

Smoking is prohibited both inside the house and on the premises.
* As this house does not have a designated smoking area, please locate nearby smoking areas on your own and use the designated spots.
* To avoid disturbing neighbors, smoking is strictly prohibited at the house entrance and surrounding areas.
