The designated smoking area is located immediately outside the door next to the elevator within the premises.
* Smoking in front of the house entrance is prohibited as it disturbs the neighbors.
 
No ashtrays are provided; please dispose of your cigarette butts yourself.

【About the TV Volume】
Due to the structure of the space, the sound resonates a lot.
Please keep the volume of the TVs on both the 1st and 2nd floor at a maximum of 20.

Please be mindful of the volume of music and voices after 10 PM.

 
【Training Room / Meeting Room】
The training room and meeting room at the back of the 2nd-floor living area are available for use for up to 2 hours.
 
When using the space, please write your name and usage time on the whiteboard by the door.
* Personal belongings cannot be stored here.
* If you will be away from your seat for more than 10 minutes, please take your belongings with you and tidy up before leaving.

 
【Personal Box】
Please use the space marked with your room number.
You can use this space to store seasonings and foodstuffs that can be stored at room temperature.

 
Please return all kitchen items to their original locations after use.
Dishes and house equipment may not be taken to private rooms. Please promptly return them after use.
 
 

　 
【Hair Dryer】
Since the bathrooms are located near the bedrooms on each floor, please close the bathroom door when using the hair dryer.

【Laundry & Dryer】

Usage Hours: 7 AM – 11 PM
Use prohibited between midnight and 7 AM.
 
* Noise may be heard in the rooms. Please strictly adhere to the permitted usage hours.
 
You may use the washing machine and dryer for the following fee.
Fee:
5kg (washing machine) → 200 yen per use
7kg (washing machine) → 300 yen per use
Dryer → 100 yen per 30 min

 
【Baths】
After using the baths, please remove any hair from the drain each time and dispose of it in the trash bin in the changing area.
* Please do not dispose of sanitary products, food waste, or any garbage other than burnable waste in this trash bin.
 
* Please note that putting waste generated in your room into the trash bins located beside the bathroom and sink is strictly prohibited. These bins are for burnable waste only.

 
A Poi Poi (Lost & Found) box is located in the TV space for temporary storage for personal items left behind.

Items left in the box will be discarded after a set date. Please periodically check for your personal belongings and ensure nothing is left behind in the shared space.

This house has a cooling and heating system that is switched at once throughout the building.

* In the event of major temperature changes or other factors, the switching month may be subject to review.
 

【Fire Inspection】
A fire safety inspection is conducted in the private rooms every six months.
We will notify you regarding access to your room once the schedule is finalized.
 

【Sound in Private Rooms】
Due to the building’s structure, sounds from neighboring rooms may be easily heard. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
We kindly ask for your consideration regarding phone conversations, alarms, and talking.

* As most residents are sleeping during late-night hours, please use the first-floor shared kitchen area when making phone calls.

 
You may not dispose of your room’s trash in the shared space trash bins.
Due to limited space, large cardboard boxes and non-burnable waste must be stored in your room and disposed of by yourself on trash collection days.

【Burnable Waste】
Put in the garbage box in the garbage station room next to the vending machine.

【Plastics】
Put in the garbage box at the garbage station room.

【Plastic Bottles】
Put in the garbage box at the garbage station room.

【Recyclables】
Empty cans, glass bottles, plastic bottles, plastic, and paper:
There are designated boxes in the garbage station room.
Please dispose of items only in the designated boxes.
* Remove labels and rinse out contents before disposal.

【Cardboard】
Fold neatly, tie with string, and put in the garbage station room.

【Blankets / Mattresses】
Blankets and mattresses can be collected free of charge if tied into a 90cm square bundle.
Please tie them into a small bundle yourself and dispose of them at the garbage station room.
 
* Please dispose of bulky waste yourself. After purchasing a bulky waste disposal ticket and submitting an application, make sure to place the items next to the house entrance on the designated collection day.

Different parts of the common areas are cleaned by cleaning staff four times a week. Additionally, the kitchen is cleaned once a week.

As a rule, regular cleaning is “an extra to daily cleaning.”
As a sharehouse is not a hotel, we kindly ask that those who use the sharehouse keep clean any areas that have become dirty in their daily life.
