There is regular cleaning once a week.
Basically, regular cleaning is “”daily cleaning plus more””.
As a sharehouse is not a hotel, we kindly ask that those who use the sharehouse keep clean any areas that have become dirty in daily life.

This will be an explanation of the use of each floor, including confirmation of the location of personal use in the shared space.

Post and Courier(delivery box)

Please check your room number.
For dormitory residents, the mailbox is shared.

For mail, please specify the date and time when you will be living in the house and deliver or pick it up directly.

There is a home delivery box under the mailbox at the main entrance. Please read the instructions on the box carefully before using it. Please check your mailbox for a delivery slip what box number your baggage is in.

Since all residents of the Plaza 696 apartments, not just share house family members, will be using the box, we kindly ask you to use it with good manners so that it is not left unattended or broken due to messy operation.

Please use the part of your room number.
Shoes must be kept in your own room except for the designated number of shoes you can put in the shoe box. Please be careful not to leave them in the entrance.

Please use the part with your room number.
Please be careful not to store it in a place other than your room number.
Also, umbrellas are often misplaced.
It is recommended that you mark your umbrella with a rubber band with your room number to avoid mistakes.
Also, please be sure to fold your umbrella before putting it away.

The umbrella in the basket in front can be used as a free umbrella.

Room Precautions

Room vents should be kept open at all times, except during typhoons.

This can cause mold and other problems. Please be careful.

Bicycle (Bringing Bicycles・parking area)

Each person is allowed to park up to one bicycle.
When parking bicycles, please affix the designated sticker.

A bicycle parking lot near Makuhari Hongo Station is available for 600 yen per month.
On the 25th of every month, there is a lottery for the bicycle parking lot.

Also, most of the seasonings that are left over basically go unused and dry out. Therefore, for hygiene reasons, please dispose of any leftover seasonings or uneaten food.

【About Share Rice and Share Seasonings】
Shared rice is available for 50 yen per cup only during rice parties that are openly announced in the house.
Please follow the instructions on the sheet near the rice bin.
We rely on the trust of everyone in the House. Please be sure to follow the instructions for use.

Share Seasoning is made possible by your donations.
Please donate something else for your own use.
If you use a large amount, please purchase it yourself.

Bath and wash space (hair dryer, bath personal box)

Dormitory guests may use a shared hair dryer.

【Bath individual box】
Individual boxes (baskets) in the washroom area are available for dormitory use only.
The bath boxes are prone to mold and mildew if kept wet. Please make sure to wipe them dry before storing them.

Outside garbage station

Plaza 696 There is a shared use garbage dumpster facing the north street of the condominium.
This garbage station is used by the entire condominium.

Please make sure to check the days of the week for garbage disposal and use the station appropriately.
Please put your garbage out by 8:30 in the morning.

Entry to each of the 3LDK

The opposite sex is not allowed in the female/male-only space.

If they are found entering, it will be a violation of the contract.

Cleaning week

House cleaning among residents
There is a weekly cleaning by families on duty. You are required to report at the Manners Group.

Weekly cleaning is an “extra” to the daily cleaning to keep the area clean.
We hope that everyone will work together to keep the area clean.

Washing cloths

【Rules for using dishcloths】
Dishcloths in use should be hung temporarily on the blue hanger “in use”.
Wash dishcloths should be hung to dry on the black hanger “Washed”.

Wash dishcloths with dishwashing detergent or boil them with baking soda.
Do not use Haiter.

The library space

Eating and drinking is not allowed as it may cause the carpet to become dirty.

Trash Designation Rules

Makuhari has district-designated paid garbage bags.
Burnable trash (green letters) and non-burnable trash (transparent letters) are available.

Please purchase your own garbage bags and dispose of garbage directly at the dump site.

Please refrain from using the shared garbage bags for personal use. If this is discovered, a separate fee of 3,000 yen will be charged.

The smoking area

The only smoking area is the balcony of the main living room.
There are no shared ashtrays, so please prepare your own ashtray.

When throwing cigarette butts in the main trash can, please put them in a plastic bag (the one in the drawer for kitchen garbage). Smoking is not allowed on the balcony of your room or in the 3LDK. Please note that if you are found to be smoking, you will be charged a separate cleaning fee.

Garbage disposal

【Designated Garbage Bags】
There are designated garbage bags in Chiba.
Burnable Garbage (green letters), Non-burnable Garbage (transparent with letters)

【Burnable Garbage】
■Wednesdays & Saturdays
Please put out your garbage at the garbage station of your apartment building “in the morning”.
Please put it down by 8:30 a.m.

【Plastics】
All trash will be put out as burnable trash.

【PET bottles】
■Friday
Please remove caps and labels and put them in the burnable trash.

【Resource Waste】
■Monday
Please put them in the net and container designated by the ward and take them out (newspapers, clothes, etc.)

【Cardboard】
■Monday
Cardboard from supplies should be put together with string in front of the main living room storage shelves.
Please keep your own items in your room and put them out by yourself.

【Non-burnable trash】
■First and third Thursday of every month
Spray cans, batteries, diatomaceous earth mats, home appliances (only items large enough to fit in noncombustible trash bags)

【Bulky trash】
■Purchase oversize stickers at a convenience store, call for an appointment, and put out at the garbage dump on the designated date and time.
