If you are unable to pick up your mail, there is a delivery box in front of the entrance where parcels can be left.

【Bicycle Parking】
Each person is allowed to park up to one bicycle at the house.

Please make your own contract with a nearby parking lot.
If you would like to bring your bicycle to the house, please affix the designated bicycle sticker on it.

【Personal Space】
Please use the space marked with your room number.
You can use this space to store seasonings and foodstuffs that can be stored at room temperature.
* Please make sure to keep the refrigerator clean, as it is shared with everyone in the house.
Leaving old condiments or dried-out foodstuffs in the refrigerator may cause mold to grow and damage spaces meant for other tenants.
For this reason, we ask that you do not store old condiments or leftovers in the fridge for long periods of time. Please dispose of them for sanitary reasons.
* The spaces meant for empty rooms have been cleaned, so using them is prohibited even though there is free space.
【About Hair Dryers】
Hair dryers are available for use in the common area.
Please refrain from using the washroom after 11 PM due to noise concerns.
【Use of Baths】
Hot water is only available in the bathtub during off-peak hours, i.e., the bathtub is unavailable between 6 and 9 AM and between 6 and 11 PM.
Since many people use the shower room between 6-9 AM and 6-11 PM, please do not use the bathtub then. We also ask you to limit your use of the shower room to less than 30 minutes at a time.
【Laundry Room】
We request that you use the washing machine so that it finishes by 11 pm.
Some of the washing machines have a drying function, but we ask that you refrain from using them as a dryer, and we have taped them off so that they cannot be used.
A temporary storage box for personal items left lying around is located in the living room.
Please be careful not to leave belongings in the shared areas.
Regarding entry of non-contractees:

Please make sure to apply for a visit/stay in advance.
– Regarding entry between tenants
In principle, entry is possible. Please be mindful of noise levels.
There is no designated garbage bag (any transparent or semi-transparent garbage bag can be used).
Collection days are posted in the common area and are as follows:
Burnable garbage: Every Tuesday and Friday
Noncombustible garbage: 1st Monday, 3rd Monday
Used paper and plastic bottles: Every Monday
Bottles, cans, plastic containers and packaging: Every Thursday

Please be sure to follow the designated rules for garbage separation, and replace garbage bags when they exceed 80% of their capacity.
【About the Garbage Duty Rules】
At Kizunaya Share House Hygge, we follow a weekly rotation system for taking out the garbage, based on room numbers.
Each week, one resident is assigned to take the shared household garbage to the garbage station on the 1st floor during their assigned week.
A duty schedule is posted on the whiteboard next to the living room TV.
Please check the schedule and follow your assigned week accordingly.
Once your week is over, please move the magnet to the next room in line.
(If the next room is unoccupied, skip to the following one.)
* If you are unable to complete your duty during your assigned week, please coordinate with the next person to swap weeks.
Be sure to update the whiteboard with the new schedule so the rotation remains fair for everyone.
* Please refrain from putting trash from your room into the trashcans in the common areas.
* Please store large cardboard boxes and unburnable waste in your own room, and take them out yourself on the collection date.
Smoking is prohibited both inside and outside the house.
Please refrain from smoking at the entrance of the house as it may disturb neighbors.
In addition, smoking while walking and littering are prohibited in Suginami Ward.
Please smoke in designated smoking areas outside the premises.
