A delivery locker is located below the main entrance mailbox.
Instructions for use are posted on the locker. Please be sure to read them carefully before using the locker.
A slip indicating which locker number your package is in has been placed in your mailbox by the delivery service.

 
The parcel lockers are for use by all residents of Plaza 696.
They are not exclusively for sharehouse residents.
Please use them courteously to prevent damage from items left inside or careless handling.
 
 

Shoebox & Umbrella Stand

Please use the space marked with your room number.
Shoes that do not fit in the box should be stored in your room.
Please be careful not to leave your shoes out in the hallway.

 
 
【Umbrella Stand】
Please use the one indicated by your room number.
Please be careful not to store your umbrella in someone else’s space.
 

Umbrellas are often taken by mistake.
To avoid mistakes, we recommend that you mark your umbrella with a rubber band with your room number on it.
Also, please be sure to fold your umbrella before putting it away.

 
 

Bicycle Parking

 

Bicycles:
One bicycle per person may be parked.
When parking your bicycle, please affix the designated sticker.
Please apply via the official LINE account.
 

You can enter from the side of the garbage disposal area.
* When bringing in bicycles, please apply via the official LINE account. You will be required to affix a bicycle parking permit sticker.
The entrance number is A1960.
 

The bicycle parking lot near Makuhari Hongo Station costs 600 yen per month.
A lottery for the parking lot is held on the 25th of every month.

Motorcycles:
Up to four motorcycles can be parked (fee applies).
Please contact us via our official LINE account for availability.
 

Cars:
No designated parking is available.
The parking lot within the condominium grounds is for residents only and cannot be used by visitors.
Please arrange your own parking contract at a nearby facility.
 

When unloading your belongings:
Please park temporarily in a spot that doesn’t obstruct the entrance.
When leaving your car, kindly place the a note with the following information in a visible spot on the windshield.

・Name
・Phone Number
・“We are currently loading/unloading luggage. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please contact us here in case of emergency.”

 
 

Kitchen

 
Shared Refrigerator:
Users of the main kitchen refrigerator are responsible for managing the expiration dates of condiments and ingredients, as well as maintaining hygiene inside the refrigerator.
* Personal food items cannot be stored in this refrigerator.
For items reserved for group meals or shared ingredients, please store them with the date clearly marked.
 

Also, most of the seasonings that are left over tend to go unused and dry out. For hygiene reasons, please dispose of any leftover seasonings or uneaten food.

 
* The empty space in the refrigerator in the living room has been cleaned, so even if it is empty, its use is prohibited.
 
Shared Seasonings:
Shared condiments are made possible by your donations.
When using them yourself, please contribute something else in return.
If you need a large quantity, please purchase it yourself.
 

Use of Kitchen Towels:
Dish towels in use should be temporarily hung on the blue hanger labeled “In Use.”
Laundered towels should be hung on the black hanger labeled “Laundered.”

* Dish towels should be washed with dish detergent or boiled with baking soda.

 
 

Bath & Washing Area

 
Hair Dryer:
Shared hair dryers are available.

 

Bath Box:
One bath box is available for each person in the washing area.
The bath box is prone to mold and mildew if stored wet.
Please make sure to wipe them dry before storing them.

 
 

Waste Disposal

 
Garbage Station:
he shared garbage disposal area is located on the north side of Plaza 696 Mansion, facing the road.
This garbage station is used by the entire building.
Please confirm the designated garbage collection days and use the station appropriately.
Please place your garbage by 8:30 AM.
 

Designated Bags:
Combustible waste: Green text
Non-combustible waste: Transparent with text

 
Please purchase your own trash bags for waste generated in your room and dispose of it directly at the designated trash collection area.
Please refrain from using shared trash bags for personal use.
If discovered, a separate usage fee of ¥3,000 will be charged.

 

Waste Separation:
 
Burnables:
■Wednesday and Saturday
Please place your trash at the apartment building’s garbage station in the morning.
Please place it by 8:30 AM.
 
Plastics:
Disposed of as burnable waste
 
Plastic Bottles:
■Friday
Please remove caps and labels and place them in the burnable garbage.
 
Recyclables:
■Monday
Place items in the designated district net bags and containers and put them outside (newspapers, clothing, etc.)
 
Cardboard:
■Monday
Place cardboard boxes from shared supplies in front of the main living room storage shelves, tied together with string.
Please store your personal waste in your own room, tie them up with string, and bring them outside.
 
Noncombustible Waste:
■First and Third Thursday
Spray cans, batteries, diatomaceous earth mats, household appliances (only items that fit in non-combustible garbage bags)
 
Large-sized Waste:
■Purchase a large-sized waste sticker at a convenience store, call to make a reservation, and place the items at the designated waste collection point on the specified date.

 
 

Private Rooms / Apartments

 
Management of Private Rooms:
Please keep the ventilation openings in your room open at all times, except during typhoons or similar events.
This prevents mold growth.

 

 
 
Apartments:
The rooms other than the room you have contracted are shared spaces for everyone’s use.
You may not store any personal belongings without management permission. Please store all personal items either inside your own room or in the designated personal storage space.
* As the 3LDK unit is a shared space, management staff, including cleaning personnel, may enter the apartments without prior notice to residents.
* Please do not hang laundry on the living room curtain rail. Please use the balcony for drying laundry.

 

Floor Space:
3LDK Units: Separated by sex

 

⚠️ Individuals of the opposite gender are not permitted to enter women-only/men-only spaces.
⚠️ Please note that entry will be considered a breach of contract if discovered.

 
– When a same-sex friend is visiting
Please make sure to fill in the visit / overnight stay form in advance.

– When another tenant is visiting
Only tenants of the same sex are allowed to enter. Please be careful about noise so as not to disturb others.
 
 
Entry by Management:
The areas outside the private rooms are shared spaces.
Therefore, there is generally no obligation to provide advance notice regarding management visits.
For operational purposes, we may enter the apartments without prior notification. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
 
 

Cleaning Week

 
Regarding House Cleaning Among Residents
There is a weekly cleaning conducted by the rotating duty family.

Please report any issues to the Manners Group.
The weekly cleaning is intended to maintain cleanliness as an extra step beyond daily cleaning.
We kindly ask for your cooperation in working together to keep the house clean.

 
 

Library

 
No eating or drinking allowed.
Please note that cleaning fees will be charged if the carpet becomes soiled.
After using books, please be sure to return them to their original location.
 
* Personal belongings, including books and games, may not be stored without permission from management.
 
 

Smoking Area

 
Smoking Area:
Smoking is allowed only on the main living room balcony.
There is no shared ashtray, so please bring your own ashtray.

When disposing of cigarette butts in the main trash bin, please place them inside a plastic bag (the one in the drawer for food waste).

 
⚠️Smoking is prohibited on the balcony or in your private room of the 3LDK apartment.
⚠️Please be advised that if smoking is discovered, a separate violation fee will be charged.

As a rule, regular cleaning is “an extra to daily cleaning.”
