For deliveries and parcels, please specify a date and time when you will be at the house and pick up the parcel in person.
 
If you are unable to pick up your mail, there is a delivery box in front of the entrance where parcels can be left.

Since the number of boxes is limited, we ask that you pick up your mail in person.

You may park up to 1 motorbike.

【Personal Space】
Please use the space marked with your room number.
You can use this space to store seasonings and foodstuffs that can be stored at room temperature.

* Please make sure to keep the refrigerator clean, as it is shared with everyone in the house.

Leaving old condiments or dried-out foodstuffs in the refrigerator may cause mold to grow and damage spaces meant for other tenants.
For this reason, we ask that you do not store old condiments or leftovers in the fridge for long periods of time. Please dispose of them for sanitary reasons.

* The spaces meant for empty rooms have been cleaned, so using them is prohibited even when there is free space.

【Hair Dryer】
Hair dryers are available for use in the common area.
Please refrain from using the hair dryer the washroom after 11 PM, as it may disturb people in nearby rooms.

【Use of Baths】
Hot water is only available in the bathtub during off-peak hours, i.e., the bathtub is unavailable between 6 and 9 AM and between 6 and 11 PM.
Since many people use the shower room between 6-9 AM and 6-11 PM, please do not use the bathtub then. We also ask you to limit your use of the shower room to less than 30 minutes at a time.

【Laundry Room】
We request that you use the washing machine so that it finishes by 11 pm.
Some of the washing machines have a drying function, but we ask that you refrain from using them as a dryer, and we have taped them off so that they cannot be used.

– Regarding entry between tenants
In principle, entry is possible. Please be mindful of noise levels.

Regarding garbage disposal, a garbage duty person is assigned weekly, and we kindly ask the person on duty to place the garbage at the temporary collection point.
 
Additionally, we ask residents to cooperate with each other on a daily basis for garbage disposal.
Please strictly follow the sorting rules and replace garbage bags once they are 80% full.

The temporary storage area is located diagonally to the left upon exiting the house. The designated garbage collection point is on the premises at the roadside; please use the provided net.

* Please refrain from putting trash from your room into the trashcans in the common areas.
* Please store large cardboard boxes and unburnable waste in your own room, and take them out yourself on the collection date.

Smoking is prohibited both inside and outside the house.
Please refrain from smoking at the entrance of the house as it may disturb neighbors.
