We provide free surfboard storage space for one board per person.

【Shared Refrigerator】
Personal food items cannot be stored in the shared refrigerator.
When storing items reserved for food gatherings or for sharing,
please mark the date clearly.

Leaving old condiments or dried-out foodstuffs in the refrigerator may cause mold to grow and damage spaces meant for other tenants.
For this reason, we ask that you do not store old condiments or leftovers in the fridge for long periods of time. Please dispose of them for sanitary reasons.

【Personal Space】
Please use the space marked with your room number.
You can use this space to store seasonings and foodstuffs that can be stored at room temperature.

 
【Hair Dryer】
Shared hair dryers are available for use in the common area.

Garbage disposal is located in front of the entrance bicycle parking lot.
To avoid animal damage, please place your garbage in the designated garbage collection box.

For combustible and non-combustible garbage, please use the garbage bags designated by Fujisawa City.

① Surfboard storage
Please be careful not to leave surfboards in shared spaces or the entrance area.

② Always wash off sand before entering the house
There is a shower at the surfboard storage area. Please be sure to wash off sand and other debris before entering the house.
We ask for your cooperation to prevent sand coming into the house.

③ Rules for entering via the terrace
When entering the living room from the terrace with wet feet, please use the diatomaceous earth mat located beside the sliding door.
After use, please prop it upright.
Return sandals to the shoe rack after use.

④ Laundry is primarily dried indoors
Balcony space is limited.
When drying futons, etc., please cooperate with other residents and take turns using the space.

While hanging laundry on the balcony is possible, we recommend drying indoors to avoid exposure to the sea breeze.
Please use the laundry drying wire inside your private room.
Also, mold grows easily near the sea.
The space under beds is especially prone to mold, so we recommend placing a dehumidifier there.

Be sure to close the parasol when not in use.
(It may be damaged by strong winds, etc.)

【Garbage Bag Designation】
Use Fujisawa City designated garbage bags.
 
【Burnable Garbage】
Please use the designated pink bags.
You can put it inside the garbage station outside and cover it with a lid.
 
【Plastics】
Please use the designated pink bags.
Please put it in the garbage can for plastic.
 
【Plastic Bottles】
Caps and labels should be peeled off and put in burnable trash.

Please replace them in the net & container designated by the city and put them out
