【About Hair Dryers】
Hair dryers are available for shared use.

【Bath Box】
The bath box is prone to mold and mildew if stored wet.
Please make sure to wipe them dry before storing them.

【About the shower in the bathroom area】
Please make sure to point the shower towards the bathtub.
If you point the shower towards the door, it will leak outside, so please be careful about the direction.

There is a storage box for temporary storage of items left in the living room.
Please make sure not to leave your items behind in the common areas.

 
【Washing Machine Filter】
Throw out the dust from the dust filter every time.

Press the round lid on the lower right side of the washeing machine to open the lid toward you.
Turn the inside knob 90 degrees to remove the tray.

Please remove the dust inside every time.

【Dryer Dust Filter】
The washing machine is integrated with the dryer.
Open the lid on the top of the main unit and pinch the knob on the top of the filter and pull it out.
Open the cover of the drying filter and remove any dust from the net.

Please dispose of all trash at the trash station within the house grounds.
You may dispose of all types of trash (except cardboard) at any time.

However, as this is shared by all residents, please strictly observe the following rules:
① Ensure food waste does not spill out
② Securely tie cardboard boxes with string
③ Follow proper sorting guidelines

The collection company will enter the premises to collect trash from the station.
Please be careful not to place trash at nearby trash collection points.

【Trash Duty】

A board like the one in the photo is installed in the house.
When it’s your turn for weekly duty, please take the trash bags to the outdoor trash station.
On Sunday, please move the magnet to the next person on duty.
