【Mailbox】
In front of the entrance, there is a mailbox next to the auto-lock entrance key that divides the total number of rooms into four sections. Please check the mailbox that corresponds to your room number. If you have mail for another house member, please share it on the living room tabletop.

For deliveries, please specify a date and time when you will be in the house and pick it up in person.
 

【Delivery Box】
Two boxes are available in front of the entrance. Please read the instructions on the box carefully before using it. Please check your mailbox for a delivery slip telling you which box your delivery is in.

 
【Entrance Shoe Box】
Please use the part with your room number.
Extra shoes must be kept in your own room if they do not fit in the shoe box. Please be careful not to leave them at the entrance.

【Umbrella Stand】
Umbrellas are often misplaced.
It is recommended that you mark your umbrella with a rubber band with your room number to avoid mistakes.
Also, please be sure to fold your umbrella before putting it away.

 
【Bringing your own bicycle】
You can park up to 1 bicycle for free. Mopeds are not allowed.
If you wish to park your own bicycle, please apply on the official LINE and attach the designated sticker to your bicycle.
If the space is full, reservations will be made on a waiting list.

* Parking without permission is prohibited.
* Bicycles without stickers are regularly removed.

There is no parking lot for cars.
Please make your own contract with a nearby parking lot.

The building’s parking lot is exclusively for the company on the 1st floor.
We cannot accommodate temporary parking, so please use a nearby parking facility.

 
【Shared Refrigerator】
Personal food that exceeds the capacity of the designated box cannot be stored in the shared refrigerator.
Please be sure to clearly mark the date on the refrigerator when storing food for a party or when sharing is allowed.

Also, most of the seasonings that are left over tend to go unused and dry out. For hygiene reasons, please dispose of any leftover seasonings or uneaten food.

【Personal Box】
Please use the space designated for your room number.
This box can be used to store seasonings and food items that can be kept at room temperature.

 
【Hair Dryer】
Shared hair dryers are available.
【Bath Box】
One bath box is available for each person in the washing area.
The bath box is prone to mold and mildew if stored wet.
Please make sure to wipe them dry before storing them.
 
There are two baths with tubs.
If you want to take a bath in the bathtub, please write your name on the whiteboard of the waiting list if someone else is in the bathtub. During peak times, try to keep your bath time within 30 minutes.
 
 
【About the window in the bathroom】
The bath and neighboring buildings are very close to each other, making it easy for the sound to be heard.
We have received some complaints about this.
We ask that you do not open the window when taking a bath, only when ventilating.

【Regarding the Washing Machine / Dryer】
Both the washing machine and dryer require payment.

Smoking is allowed:
– On the rooftop terrace
– Next to garbage station outside house
All other areas are strictly non-smoking.
Please provide your own ashtrays and ensure you clean up afterward.

⚠️Smoking on your balcony or in your room is prohibited.
Please note that in the event it is discovered that you have been smoking in your room, a separate special cleaning fee will be charged.

About persons other than the contractee entering unisex private rooms:

– When a friend is visiting
Please make sure to fill in the visit / overnight stay form in advance.

– When another tenant is visiting
Entering other rooms is possible. Please be careful about noise so as not to disturb others.

– When a same-sex friend is visiting

– When another tenant is visiting
Only tenants of the same sex are allowed to enter. Please be careful about noise so as not to disturb others.

There is a garbage station in front of the entrance, next to the bicycle parking area.
Please place your garbage there.

Since this is a contractor service, you can place any type of trash out at any time.
However, to prevent animal damage, please ensure all bags are securely tied. For large quantities, double-bag them and place them so they do not protrude from the container.
 

【Garbage bags】
No designation. Please make sure the bag is transparent or semi-transparent and can be tied up securely.

【Burnable Garbage】
You can put it in the garbage station outside the house.

【Plastics】
Please put them in the same garbage cans as burnable trash.

【Plastic Bottles】
Please remove all caps and labels.

【Recyclables】
Please put empty cans, glass bottles, plastic bottles, and metal household items together in one garbage bag, and put spray cans and cassette cylinders in a separate garbage bag with the contents visible, and take them to the garbage station

【Cardboard】
Take them to the garbage station outside the house. Please keep your own cardboard waste in your room and tie it up with a string yourself.

【Large-sized Waste】
A sticker is always required for disposal of large-sized waste.

If waste is not disposed of properly, we will identify the responsible party and charge a separate disposal handling fee. Please arrange for disposal in accordance with the rules.
