【Regular cleaning】
There is regular cleaning once a week.
As a rule, regular cleaning is “an extra to daily cleaning.”
As a sharehouse is not a hotel, we kindly ask that those who use the sharehouse keep clean any areas that have become dirty in their daily life.

The living room is located right next to private rooms, and sound tends to carry easily throughout the entire building.

We kindly ask that you close the living room windows after 8:00 PM to help reduce noise.
After 10:00 PM, please lower the volume your voice.

【Entrance Shoe Box】
Please use the part with your room number.
Please store shoes that do not fit in the shoe box in your own room.
Please be careful not to leave them at the entrance.
 
 

【Umbrella Stand】
Umbrellas are often misplaced.
It is recommended that you mark your umbrella with a rubber band with your room number to avoid mistakes.
Also, please be sure to fold your umbrella before putting it away.
 
 

 
【Bringing your own bicycle】
Up to 6 bicycles can be parked.
Parking is available for 500 yen per month.
If you wish to park your own bicycle, please apply on the official LINE and check the availability.
Please attach the designated sticker to your bicycle.
If the space is full, reservations will be made on a waiting list.

There is no parking lot for cars.
Please make your own contract with a nearby parking lot.
 
 

 
【The temperature of the hot water】
The house is equipped with only one water heater.
In winter, the water is heated to the maximum temperature, and in summer, the temperature is lowered a little.

* When the temperature is lowered, the water temperature in the showers may become lukewarm.
 

Due to structural factors, hot water from the kitchen faucet may become excessively hot to maintain the bath temperature.
Please check the water temperature carefully before use and exercise caution when first turning on the hot water.
 
 

【Shared Refrigerator】
Tenants are not allowed to store personal food in the shared refrigerator.
Please be sure to clearly mark the date on the food when storing food meant for a party or shared items.
 
Also, most of the seasonings that are left over tend to go unused and dry out. For hygiene reasons, please dispose of any leftover seasonings or uneaten food.
 
 

【Personal Box】
Please use the box with your room number.
It can be used as a storage box for seasonings and foodstuffs that can be stored at room temperature.

【Shared Seasonings】
Shared Seasonings are made possible by your donations.
If you use them, please donate something else in return.
If you use a large amount, please purchase it yourself.

 
【Hair Dryer】
Shared hair dryers are available.
 
 

【Bath Box】
One bath box (basket) is available for each person near the washbasins.
The bath box is prone to mold and mildew if stored wet.
Please make sure to wipe it dry before storing it.

There is a trash disposal area next to the bicycle parking lot at the building entrance.
You may dispose of trash at any time.
 
However, as this is shared with other residents of the building, please use it responsibly by properly tying up your trashbags so that the contents do not spill out.

No designated garbage bags (any transparent or translucent garbage bag can be used)
 
 

【Burnables】
Please take them to the garbage station outside the house.
 
【Plastics】

【Recyclables】
Place empty cans, glass bottles, plastic bottles, and metal household items in their own bags.
Spray cans and cassette cylinders should be placed in a separate bag.
Put them into transparent garbage bags and take them to the garbage station by 9:00 a.m. on the collection day.
 
【Cardboard】
Cardboard trash is disposed of every Thursday by placing it up against the roadside fence on the sidewalk, not at the dump site.
Please place them after 10:00 p.m. the day before and before 8:30 a.m.
We also ask that cardboard trash be stored next to the stairs on the 3rd floor and bundled the night before. If you have a large amount to put out by yourself, please put it out next to the stairs on the 3rd floor in a bundled state.
Cardboard waste should generally be managed within your living quarters.
Areas such as the area beside the entrance stairs are shared spaces. Please ensure loose cardboard boxes are not left scattered around.

The first floor of the building is used as a restaurant, so once a year, we use a pest control agent that fills the entire room.
 
We spray pesticide in the common spaces listed below.
If you leave the door to your private room open, it will be effective to some extent.
 
*If you want a stronger effect in your private room, we ask you to prepare it by yourself.
Please note that the management will not spray private rooms.

You will not be able to stay in the house while we are spraying pesticide.
We will spray during times when most people are away, such as weekday afternoons.
