"The story of the forest, the sea, and the sky" is drawn on the entire wall, and this unique house is like entering the country of picture books. It is a place where artists and creators can gather, live together, and express their own personality.
Video creators, cartoonists, graphic designers, web designers, actors,
Writer, fashion designer, Youtuber, illustrator etc.
This is a place where people who express themselves gather, support each other's activities, and overlap.
We are waiting for inquiries from artists and creators who will draw their dreams in connection!
Tenants from all over Japan are friends who have the same dream of growing as artists and creators. The wall art painted by mural artists is boldly displayed from the first floor to the fourth floor. The theme of the house is “A Story of the Forest, the Sky, and the Sea,” and you can live in a house that tells a story.
The common space includes a spacious living room as well as a dedicated studio space. An additional atelier space was added in 2023 to allow everyone who engages in creative activities to work freely.
The main living room is furnished with kitchen equipment, washbasin, washing machine, TV, shoe box, rice cooker, oven, etc. The private rooms have everything you need for daily life, including refrigerator, curtains, and air conditioner. You can come to Tokyo with only one suitcase. You can come to Tokyo with only one suitcase, so please reduce your luggage and jump into a creative environment.
Canvas family members can use the gallery space in Ginza, Tokyo, operated by Kizunaya House Sharehouse, free of charge. For example, if you want to hold an exhibition of your own work, a private show, or a photo shoot, the cost of the space can be a burden. In order to support the activities of everyone who lives here, we have prepared a special offer to use Ginza’s gallery space free of charge.
We hope you will use this space as a place for expression.

Can I move-in even though I cannot speak local language?
Since Kizuna House is a share house where residents interact actively with each other, we receive many comments from residents that they are able to study the language by interacting actively with their share mates. Many residents have just begun their studies or are visiting Japan for the first time.
In particular, share houses with the concept of international exchange tend to have many people who are interested in foreign languages and cultures and want to speak English in their daily lives. Rest assured, many have actually improved their language skills since moving in!
How much does it cost to move in?
Initial fee of 44,000 yen and the first month's rent and utilities must be paid within 3 business days after the reservation is confirmed. If you wish to arrange for the purchase of a bedding set, a separate bedding fee of 10,000 yen will be charged. (Bedding set includes sheets, mattress pad, futon, duvet cover, pillow, pillowcase, and blanket.)
*Rent and utilities for the first month will be prorated from the date of move-in.
