【Regular Cleaning】
There is regular cleaning once a week.
Basically, regular cleaning is an extra to daily cleaning.
As a sharehouse is not a hotel, we kindly ask that those who use the sharehouse keep clean any areas that have become dirty in daily life.

Please collect the contents of the mailbox as appropriate and place them on the mail rack located near the front door.

Please specify a date and time when you will be in the house to have your packages delivered.

【Entrance shoe box】
Please use the part with your room number.
Shoes that do not fit in the shoe box must be stored in your room.

Please be careful not to leave your shoes out in the hallway.

【Umbrella stand】
Umbrellas are often taken by mistake.

To avoid misplacing your umbrella, we recommend that you mark your umbrella with a rubber band to indicate the room number.

Please be sure to fold your umbrella before putting it away.

【Bringing a bicycle】
Each resident can bring up to 1 bicycle to the house.

【Personal box】
Please use the box with your room number on it.

You can use the box to store condiments etc. that do not need refrigerating.

【Dryer】
Tenants can use the shared hair dryer.

The bath box is prone to mold and mildew if stored wet.
Please make sure to wipe them dry before storing them.

【Washing machine filter】
Throw out the dust from the dust filter every time.

Press the round lid on the lower right side of the washeing machine to open the lid toward you.
Turn the inside knob 90 degrees to remove the tray.

Please remove the dust inside every time.

【Dryer dust filter】
The washing machine is integrated with the dryer.
Open the lid on the top of the main unit and pinch the knob on the top of the filter and pull it out.
Open the cover of the drying filter and remove any dust from the net.

There is a garbage station near the building entrance. You can take out trash whenever necessary.

However, as the garbage station is shared with other tenants, please tie up the bag well to prevent trash from falling out. Please observe good manners when taking out trash.

On the collection date, please move the trash to the designated spot near the street.

Taking out trash is the responsibility of all residents. Please remind each other and take turns taking out trash.

Other residents are not allowed to enter the private rooms.

If they are found entering the room, it will be a breach of contract.

In addition, if a couple wishes to cohabit a private room, they must submit an application.

Please make sure to apply and sign a contract before using the room.

Please report whether the rules and manners in the common areas of the house are being observed according to the Manners Checklist.
The order is decided by room number.
When you are on duty, please complete the check within the set period of time.

【Designated garbage bags】
Please use designated garbage bags for burnable garbage.
【Burnable garbage】
Please take them to the garbage station outside

【Resource waste】
Empty cans, bottles, and PET bottles should be separated and put in plastic bags.
Spray cans and cassette cylinders should be taken out in separate bags.
Put them in transparent garbage bags and take them to the garbage station by 8:00 a.m. on the collection day.
