【Regular cleaning】
There is regular cleaning once a week.
Basically, regular cleaning is “”daily cleaning plus more””.
As a sharehouse is not a hotel, we kindly ask that those who use the sharehouse keep clean any areas that have become dirty in daily life.

Post and Courier

Please check your room number.
For dormitory residents, the mailbox is shared.

For mail, please specify the date and time when you will be living in the house and deliver or pick it up directly.

Entrance (footwear box and umbrella stand)

Please use the part of your room number.
Shoes must be kept in your own room except for the designated number of shoes you can put in the shoe box. Please be careful not to leave them in the entrance.

【umbrella stand】
Please use the part with your room number.
Please be careful not to store it in a place other than your room number.
Also, umbrellas are often misplaced.
It is recommended that you mark your umbrella with a rubber band with your room number to avoid mistakes.
Also, please be sure to fold your umbrella before putting it away.

Bicycle (Bringing Bicycles・Shared Bicycles)

About Shared Bicycles.
This is a free service added when there are extra bicycles available. Please note that this service is subject to end without notice.
If you wish to use the bicycles for a long time or on a daily basis, please check with the office for bicycle parking space availability and use your own bicycle.

Kitchen (shared refrigerator, personal box)

【How to use the shared refrigerator】
You are not allowed to store personal food in the shared refrigerator.
Please be sure to clearly mark the date on the refrigerator when storing food for a party or when sharing is allowed.

Also, most of the seasonings that are left over basically go unused and dry out. Therefore, for hygiene reasons, please dispose of any leftover seasonings or uneaten food.

【Personal Box in the Kitchen】
Please use the area with your room number.
It can be used as a storage box for seasonings and foodstuffs that can be stored at room temperature.

Washer & Dryer

・Hours of operation: 23:00-7:00

Washing machines are available free of charge.
Dryers are available for 100 yen for 40 minutes.
Please be sure to dust the garbage pockets after use.

Bath and wash space (hair dryer, bath personal box,usage classification)

Shared hair dryers are available.
【bath personal box】
One bath box (basket) is available for rent for each person and is stored under the washbasin.
The bath box is prone to mold and mildew if stored wet.
Please make sure to wipe them dry before storing them.

Shower room: Men only
*Unisex bathrooms are for men first, but if for some reason a woman wishes to bathe in a unisex bathroom, she may do so by avoiding busy times.
*Please be careful when storing hot water in the middle bath because if you let out too much hot water at once, it will be difficult to let out other showers.

Floor Space

The opposite sex is not allowed in the women’s/men’s dormitory space.
Even on the unisex floor, other tenants are not allowed in the private rooms.
No other tenants are allowed in the private rooms, even on the unisex floors.
Please be aware that it will be a violation of the lease agreement if such a room is found to be occupied by a person of the opposite sex.
In the unlikely event that a couple is allowed to enter a private room on the unisex floor, they must apply for a room for two people.
If you wish to enter a private room on the unisex floor, you may apply for a double occupancy room.
Please be sure to make a declaration and sign a contract before using the room.

Outside garbage station

There is a garbage collection box next to the entrance.
Bins and cans are placed in a special basket on the morning of the day of collection.
The day of the week for garbage collection is different from the day across the street, so please check the garbage collection calendar to make sure you do not make a mistake.
For PET bottles, please remove the caps and labels, separate them into burnable trash, and rinse the inside before discarding.

Cleaning week

House cleaning among residents
There is a weekly cleaning by families on duty. You are required to report at the Manners Group.

There are no designated garbage bags.

Burnable trash
【Burnable Garbage】
You can put out your garbage anytime at the garbage station next to the House.
They collect from the trash twice a week.
All will be burnable trash.
【Plastic Bottles】
Please remove caps and labels and separate.
Place the bags from the inside gate dumpster on top of the outside dumpster on the appropriate day of the week.
Once removed from the trash cans, the bags are temporarily placed in the trash area inside the gate.
On the appropriate day of the week, replace the bag in the city’s “empty can” rack and put it out.
After taking out the trash, place the bags temporarily in the trash area inside the gate.
On the appropriate day of the week, place them in the city’s racks for “colored bottles” and “clear, colorless bottles” and dispose of them separately.
Under the stairs on the first floor, in front of the equipment room. If they accumulate, tie them up with string.
Please place them on top of the garbage area outside on the appropriate day of the week.
【Non-burnable trash】
There is a stocking place in the red basket in the storage room under the stairs on the first floor.
Please put them together on the appropriate day of the week and place the bags on top of the garbage area outside.
Please put them in the “Used Battery Container” near the kitchen trash can.
When they accumulate, please put them in a bag and put them out separately from other items.
The day of the week you put them out can be either a burnable or non-burnable garbage day.

Hostel Pass Usage

■Same-day reservations are not accepted under any circumstances.
■Only advance website reservations made by 17:00 the day before are accepted.
■Telephone reservations are strictly prohibited.
※If you make a reservation on the day of your stay or if you stay at a place by a method other than an advance site reservation, you may be asked to pay an additional amount for actual expenses.
※Please read the detailed information on how to make reservations for each location on the page before you jump to the official website. Please be sure to read them carefully and make reservations in the correct manner.
■The Hostel Pass plan is not available when using the Long-Term Absence Discount.
★We also have dormitory rooms available, but you can upgrade to a private room if you pay the difference yourself.
If you would like to use a private room, please fill out the application form and pay the difference on the day of your stay.
【Cancellation: Cancellation Policy】
Please note that 100% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made one day prior to your stay or for no-shows (no-shows without notice).
(The cancellation fee will be the amount for a regular stay.)
The cancellation fee will be notified by the management staff later, and will be charged together with the next rent transfer. Cancellations must be made at least two days in advance, and please do not cancel the day before or after.
In the event of an unapproved cancellation, for whatever reason, you will be prohibited from using the room for six months from the date of cancellation. Please be careful.
【Corona Vortex Cautions.】
We ask that you refrain from staying in the following cases, so please make sure that you do not apply to any of the following before using this service.
①Those who have been corona-positive for less than 2 weeks.
②Persons who have been sick (fever, no taste, etc.) within 2 weeks
