Also, umbrellas are often misplaced.
It is recommended that you mark your umbrella with a rubber band with your room number to avoid mistakes.

Parking is available for 500 yen per month.

For cars, we do not have a designated parking lot.

【The temperature of the hot water in the kitchen.】
The house is equipped with only one water heater.
In winter, we use the water at the maximum temperature, and in summer, we lower the temperature a little.
（In summer, the water temperature is lowered a little to see what happens.)
→If the temperature is lowered, the water temperature in the kitchen tends to become lukewarm.Please use caution when starting hot water after checking the temperature.

 
【How to use the shared refrigerator】
You are not allowed to store personal food in the shared refrigerator.
Please be sure to clearly mark the date on the refrigerator when storing food for a party or when sharing is allowed.
 
Also, most of the seasonings that are left over basically go unused and dry out. Therefore, for hygiene reasons, please dispose of any leftover seasonings or uneaten food.
 
【Personal Box in the Kitchen】
Please use the area with your room number.
It can be used as a storage box for seasonings and foodstuffs that can be stored at room temperature.
 
【Share Rice and Share Seasonings】
Shared rice is available for 50 yen per cup only during rice parties that are openly announced in the house.
Please follow the instructions on the sheet near the rice bin.

Shared hair dryers are available.
 
【bath personal box】
One bath box (basket) is available for rent for each person and is stored under the washbasin.
The bath box is prone to mold and mildew if stored wet.
Please make sure to wipe them dry before storing them.

There is a garbage disposal area at the entrance of the building, next to the bicycle parking lot.
You can throw away your garbage anytime you like.
 
However, since it is shared with residents of the same building, we ask that you please use it with good manners.
 
 
 

 
No other residents are allowed to enter each private room.
If they are found entering the room, it will be a violation of the contract.
 
In addition, in the unlikely event that a couple of residents wish to enter a private room, they must apply for a room.
If a couple wishes to enter a private room, they must submit an application.

We ask you to report whether the rules and manners in the common space of the house are being observed according to the manners check items.
You will be assigned to the rooms in order of room number.

No garbage bags are designated.
 
【Burnable Garbage】
Please put it in the garbage station installed in the house.

【Resource Waste】
Place empty cans, bottles, PET bottles, and metal household items in one bag each.
Spray cans and cassette cylinders should be placed in separate bags.
Put them into visible garbage bags and take them to the garbage station by 9:00 a.m. on the collection day.
 
【Cardboard】
Cardboard trash is disposed of every Thursday by placing it up against the roadside fence on the sidewalk, not at the dump site.
Please place them after 10:00 p.m. the day before and before 8:30 a.m.
We also ask that cardboard trash be stored next to the stairs on the 3rd floor and bundled the night before. If you have a large amount to put out by yourself, please put it out next to the stairs on the 3rd floor in a bundled state.
 
 
 

 
The first floor of the house is used as a restaurant, so once a year we use a pest control agent that is filled with a chemical.
 
We leave it in the common space below.
If you leave the door open in the private room, it will be effective to some extent.
 
If you want a stronger effect in your private room, we ask you to prepare it by yourself.
