Summary of Campaign

Please provide us with 【①Property Name②Name】of the person who introduced you to us in the ” Notes column of the application form” or “to the person in charge by phone or message” when you apply for a preview.
The campaign will be applied only after both parties have confirmed the information.

※If you apply for the Refer-a-Friend Campaign after applying or viewing the property, it is not applicable. Please be sure to provide us with the name of the person you are referring before viewing .
※Only if they choose to sign a contract for 6 months or longer. (If the contract is for 3 months or more but less than 6 months, both parties will receive 5,000 yen cash back.)
※The maximum number of referrals is limited to 10. After that, the campaign will not apply to any referrals.
※Kizunaya families who live overseas will receive an Amazon gift certificate worth 10,000 yen.
