【Regular cleaning】
There is regular cleaning once a week.
Basically, regular cleaning is “”daily cleaning plus more””.
As a sharehouse is not a hotel, we kindly ask that those who use the sharehouse keep clean any areas that have become dirty in daily life.
 
 
 

We recommend that you always put your key in the key box on the doorknob of the room as soon as you unlock the door when you enter the room. Please keep in mind that it is difficult to open the door in an emergency if there is a key inside and the door is closed.
 
 
 

Please check your room number.
For dormitory residents, the mailbox is shared.
 
For mail, please specify the date and time when you will be living in the house and deliver or pick it up directly.
If the house has a delivery box, please check the rules for using it.
 
 
 

【Entrance Shoe Box】
Please use the part of your room number.
Shoes must be kept in your own room except for the designated number of shoes you can put in the shoe box. Please be careful not to leave them in the entrance.
 
【umbrella stand】
Please use the part with your room number.
Please be careful not to store it in a place other than your room number.
Also, umbrellas are often misplaced.
It is recommended that you mark your umbrella with a rubber band with your room number to avoid mistakes.
Also, please be sure to fold your umbrella before putting it away.
 
 
 

【place for storing bicycles】
Bicycles can be parked in front of the House (500 yen/month). The number of bicycles is limited. If you wish to leave your own bicycle, please apply on the official line. We will let you know if it is available, and if so, we will give you a sticker to put on your bicycle.
 
As for cars, we do not have a designated parking lot.
We ask that you find a parking space nearby by yourself.
 
 
 

【Shared refrigerator】
You are not allowed to store personal food in the shared refrigerator.
Please be sure to clearly mark the date on the refrigerator when storing food for a party or when sharing is allowed.
Also, most of the seasonings that are left over basically go unused and dry out. Therefore, for hygiene reasons, please dispose of any leftover seasonings or uneaten food.
 
【Personal BOX in kitchen】
Please use the area with your room number.
It can be used as a storage box for seasonings and foodstuffs that can be stored at room temperature.
 
【About Share Rice and Share Seasonings】
Shared rice is available for 50 yen per cup only during rice parties that are openly announced in the house.
Please follow the instructions on the sheet near the rice bin.
We rely on the trust of everyone in the House. Please be sure to follow the instructions for use.

Please donate something else for your own use.
If you use a large amount, please purchase it yourself.
 
 
 

【dryer】
Dormitory guests may use a shared hair dryer.
 
【Bath individual box】
Individual boxes (baskets) in the washroom area are available for dormitory use only.
The bath boxes are prone to mold and mildew if kept wet. Please make sure to wipe them dry before storing them.
 
【shower curtain】
After using the bath space, please rinse the bathtub with cold water and the inside of the curtains with cold water.
We ask for your cooperation, as the curtains are prone to mold growth.
 
 
 

There is a wooden fence with a mailbox on it, and if you open the leftmost door, you will find a garbage collection box. Please make sure to put your garbage there. The contractor will come to collect your garbage at midnight every day, so you can leave any garbage or cardboard boxes there at any time.
 
To prevent damage from vandals, please put the lid on the box and lock the door.
 
 
 

No other tenants are allowed to enter each private room.
Please note that it is a breach of contract if you are found to have entered the room.
 
If you wish to have a couple of tenants enter your room, you will need to apply. If you wish to have a couple in your room, you will need to apply.
Please make sure to declare and sign the contract before using the room.
 
 
 

We ask you to report whether the rules and manners in the common space of the house are being observed according to the manners check items.
You will be assigned to the rooms in order of room number.
We ask that checks be performed within a set period of time when on duty.
 
 
 

【Private room cleaning】
Private rooms are not covered by the regular cleaning service, including the water area.
We especially recommend that you clean the water area on a daily basis.
 
The space under the sink is also an area where dirt tends to accumulate, so please remove the lid and clean the inside regularly.
 
【Consumable supplies to be brought into the private room】
Normally, we ask that you bring your own items to use in your private room, but you may use the following items from the shared equipment.
・Hand soap
・Toilet paper
 
All other items are strictly prohibited.
In the unlikely event that it is discovered, you will be charged 3,000 yen as a usage fee. Please be careful.
 
 
 

【tatami mat space】
Eating and drinking are not allowed in the tatami room.
 

Unavailable hours: 22:00 – 7:00
 
・Please leave the lid of the washing machine open.
・Please remove the dust from the dust catcher net.
・Take out the clothes immediately after using the washing machine. If it remains intact, it is OK for someone else to take it out.
 
・Be sure to remove dust from the filter of the dryer.
 
 
 

There is an ashtray in front of the house, near the curtain. Please clean up cigarette butts by yourself.
 
 
 

As a rule, you can only leave your luggage in your own space in the dormitory, but you are allowed to leave up to one carry-on case (or one cardboard box) in the storage room under the stairs.
 
However, if you want to leave your luggage, please consult with the management before you leave it. Thank you for your cooperation.
(In the case of cardboard boxes, please clearly write your name and room number on the cardboard box.)
 
Please note that we may charge a space fee for unauthorized placement.
