Sharehouse “tipota” is a sharehouse where multiple generations can live together. From Yoshikawa, Saitama, you can get to Koshigawa Late Town in 2 minutes by train, and the Ueno area in Tokyo is only 40 minutes away. The house is a 18 minute walk from the station, but in the neighborhood, you can find large grocery stores and convenience stores, drug stores, and parks. It is a calm residential area, comfortable to live in.
The house was opened in June 2024 after renovations.
The large house used to be a bakery, but it has now been reborn as a sharehouse.
tipota Koshigaya is a multi-generational house. The house is home to families, students, and working age adults between ages 0 and 40. As the house is also available for families, we hope that it will become a house where you can hear the laughter of children in the living room during the daytime.
Work in the coworking space during the day and gather around the dining table at night. Sharehouse tipota is a small and warm community of 12 people that reminds you of neighborhoods in the good old days.
“Kizunaya Sharehouse for family” is a Kizunaya Sharehouse where the house manager personally lives in the sharehouse.
As the owner lives in the same building, you can build a more direct relationship with them.
It is especially recommended for women and those who have never lived in a sharehouse before.
Families, single adults interested in Kizunaya Sharehouse and multi-generational living, those with connections to the Koshigaya area – we look forward to meeting you all.

Can I move-in even though I cannot speak local language?
Since Kizuna House is a share house where residents interact actively with each other, we receive many comments from residents that they are able to study the language by interacting actively with their share mates. Many residents have just begun their studies or are visiting Japan for the first time.
In particular, share houses with the concept of international exchange tend to have many people who are interested in foreign languages and cultures and want to speak English in their daily lives. Rest assured, many have actually improved their language skills since moving in!
How much does it cost to move in?
Initial fee of 44,000 yen and the first month's rent and utilities must be paid within 3 business days after the reservation is confirmed.
