個室はベッド・冷蔵庫・カーテン・収納が付きます。収納は広々としていて使い勝手抜群！家賃は43,000円。ドミトリーは23,000円で1室ごとに空間が分かれたプライベートドミトリータイプです。
　
　
　
　
共益費は個室は15,000円・ドミトリーは12,000円が別途かかります。
共益費には電気・水道・ガス・基本消耗品が含まれます。
その他、wifi通信と週1の業者清掃がサービスとなります。

A private room has a bed, a fridge, curtains and a closet. This such spacious storage space is probably rare among other share houses. The rent is 43,000 yen. The dormitory is 23,000 yen. All dormitory rooms have custom-made beds for each person to have a semi-private space.
　
 
 
　
　
The common charge is 15,000 yen for private rooms and 12,000yen for dormitory rooms. The charge is included utilities (electricity/gas/water), basic consumables, cleaning and management fees. Cleaning is done by a staff once a week is also included. Wi-fi service is for free.
