The rent ranges from 38,000 yen to 41,000 yen, depending on the size of the room.
This is a dormitory. All dormitory rooms, for two persons.
The rent is 25,000 yen per room.
A separate common service fee of 1,6000 yen is charged for private rooms and 13,000 yen for dormitories.
Electricity, water, gas and basic consumables are included in the common service fee.
Other services include wifi connection and weekly cleaning service.
Makuhari GlobalHUB is a rare condo-type share house.
