The concept of the sharehouse “tabicco” is『a life of travel』.
Members of various nationalities, age and culture gathered in this sharehouse live while traveling under a concept of creating a family around the world.
In everyday life one can interact and feel the culture and values of its multinational family members. As if meeting comrades during a trip, sharing the same spirit, talking till morning and continue on your trip together. This is a place that gives comfort and excitement to those who live here.

Seven attractions of tabicco！
《１》A place of international and intercultural exchange!
You can experience everyday life with people from all over the world. Japan, Canada, Australia, Korea, Taiwan, Vietnam and other countries. We often hold foreign cuisine and international exchange events in the main living room.
At times there will be trips to experience the brilliance and beauty of Japanese four seasons together with travel-loving house members. Would you be interested in those?
《２》Great access to both Osaka and Kyoto!
10 min on the JR Kyoto line to『Shin-Osaka station』(a Shinkansen – bullet train – stop).
One can also easily get to Kyoto station within 30 min. There are two main train lines to chose from: JR Kyoto Line and Hankyu Line. The sharehouse is located:
・13 min walk to Senrioka station on JR Kyoto line
・10 min walk to Settsu-shi station on Hankyu Kyoto line
《３》A large park in a 30 second walking distance is perfect for a refreshing break!
Settsu city where the sharehouse is located, is a quiet city chosen by a lot of families with children.
A large Karasuyama park in close proximity of the sharehouse is perfect for those who would like to enjoy a book while sitting on a bench or play some soccer or badminton. During sakura season a picnic under one of the trees is a great idea.
《４》World Cuisine and food from all over the world
There is a project of『World Cuisine 』when we invite a chef and try making dishes from various countries.
Another idea involves members visiting restaurants serving various foods to experience cuisine from different countries. Through that one can better feel the culture, spirit and taste of another country.
One of the rooms holds a library space with books about travel.
It is a library with a collection of books recommended and shared by our members.
Try opening one of them and reading a story or two about another country to plan your next exciting trip.
《６》Gallery of travel
A part of the living room is reserved as gallery space with travel as its theme.
It is an exhibition space without specific time or exhibition period.
Scenery of a certain part of the world or a collection of photos from a Spanish Tomato Festival, the topic changes depending on the suggestions from the members.
From the living room in a sharehouse one can feel the spirit and beauty of other countries.
《７》Connection with a Kizunaya community living in different sharehouses across Japan!
〜8 locations in Japan! A family of over 200 members〜
Currently there are sharehouses in 4 different areas: Tokyo, Osaka, Chiba and Amami hosting a large community of 200 Kizunaya Family members. We hold joint events, such as a festival at fully reserved amusement park!
By joining one sharehouse one gets exposed to and gets connected with communities of the sister sharehouses.
