I’m Yassan from Masobi Takadanobaba!
It’s been a while since we’ve held Learning event, but this time, as the first step in our reopening, we’ve been taught how to handle fish!
The instructor was Akkun, who is also the head chef of masobi.
He always prepares very tasty dishes for our meal party.
This time, we learned the basic method of grating three pieces of fish.
After the instructor’s demonstration, the family members tried to grate the fish.
Thanks to the kind and careful one-on-one instruction, everyone was able to handle the fish very well.
After the training session, we had a welcome dinner party with the fish that we actually handled.
In fact, a new family moved in a few days ago.
After dinner, we played board games together to get to know each other better.
Masobi can enjoy both manabi (learning) and asobi (playing).
