【Regular cleaning】

Basically, regular cleaning is an extra to daily cleaning.
Please note that the sharehouse is not a hotel, so please clean the areas that you use in your daily life yourself.

Please empty the mailbox regularly.

For mail and parcels, please specify a date and time when you will be at the house and pick up the parcel in person.

Shoes that do not fit in the box should be stored in your room.
Please be careful not to leave your shoes out in the hallway.

【Umbrella Stand】
Please use the one indicated by your room number.
Umbrellas are often taken by mistake.
To avoid mistakes, we recommend that you mark your umbrella with a rubber band or sticker etc.
Also, please be sure to fold your umbrella before putting it away.

【Parking Space】
There is parking space for up to 5 bicycles.

You can use this space to store seasonings and foodstuffs that can be stored at room temperature.

【Hair Dryer】
Please feel free to use the shared hair dryer.

【Washing Machine / Dryer】

The washing machine is free to use.

The dryer can be used for 100 yen per 40 minutes.

There is a box in the living room for temporary storage of personal belongings that have been left behind.
Please make sure not to leave your personal belongings in common areas.

【Burnables】

Please use the designated garbage bags for burnable waste.

【Recyclables】
Metal cans, glass bottles, plastic bottles
Please remove the cap and label and wash the bottle before disposal.

Cans and plastic bottles are collected on Wednesdays,
but as the collection dates alternate biweekly, please check the waste disposal calendar well.

Please also take out plastic waste (such as labels) separately in the designated garbage bag.
