【WIFI】
Routers are installed in the shared spaces and private rooms.

【Entrance Shoe Box】
Please use the part with your room number.
Please store shoes that do not fit in the shoe box in your own room.

【Umbrella Stand】
Umbrellas are often misplaced.
It is recommended that you mark your umbrella with a rubber band with your room number to avoid mistakes.

【Balcony】
The balcony in your room is for emergency use only.
For your safety, please do not go out into the balcony.
Please do not hang your laundry out in the balcony.

【Washing Space】
The warm water for the washing area on floors 7-8 is heated in a tank under the sink.
If the tank runs out of warm water, it takes some time for the water to be heated up again.

The dryer can be used for 100 yen per 30 minutes.

There is a storage box for temporary storage of items left in the living room.
Please make sure not to leave your items behind in the common areas.

Edogawa Ward is very strict about waste separation.
Please make sure to separate all waste correctly before disposal.

The trash station is outside the house on the ground floor.
After tying up the trash bag, please carry it to the trash station outside.

【Burnables】
Please change the trash bag when the bin is 80 percent full.

【Recyclables】
Metal cans, glass bottles, plastic bottles
Please remove the cap and label and wash the bottle before disposal.
Please separate cans and bottles in the correct containers in the trash station.
