【WIFI】
Routers are installed in the common areas and private rooms.
Please see the back of the router for ID and password.

【Regular cleaning】
There is regular cleaning once a week.
Basically, regular cleaning is an extra to daily cleaning.
Please note that the sharehouse is not a hotel, so please clean the areas that you use in your daily life yourself.

Please empty the mailbox regularly.

For mail and parcels, please specify a date and time when you will be at the house and pick up the parcel in person.
 

【Entrance Shoe Box】
Please use the space marked with your room number.
Shoes that do not fit in the box should be stored in your room.
Please be careful not to leave your shoes out in the hallway.

【Umbrella Stand】
Please use the one indicated by your room number.
Umbrellas are often taken by mistake.
To avoid mistakes, we recommend that you mark your umbrella with a rubber band or sticker etc.
Also, please be sure to fold your umbrella before putting it away.

The elevator stops at floors 3, 5, and 7.

For floors 2-4: 3F
For floors 5-6: 5F
For floors 7-8: 7F

Entering the 1st floor and other floors outside your area is forbidden.

＜Emergency Exits＞
You can exit the house using the door in the living room on floors 3, 5, and 7, which is connected to the outdoor staircase.
Please only use this staircase in case of emergency.
Please note that the door will not open from the outside.
*Smoking is forbidden everywhere on the premises and inside the house.
Please under no circumstances use the emergency staircase for smoking.

【Balcony】
The balcony in your room is for emergency use only.
For your safety, please do not go out into the balcony.
Please do not hang your laundry out in the balcony.

【Washing Space】
The warm water for the washing area on floors 7-8 is heated in a tank under the sink.
If the tank runs out of warm water, it takes some time for the water to be heated up again.

【Parking Space】
Fee 500 JPY / month (1 bicycle)

As parking space is limited, please inquire on the official LINE if you would like to park your bicycle.
(Unauthorized parking is strictly prohibited.)

【Washing Machine / Dryer】

The washing machine can be used for 100 JPY per 1 use.

The dryer can be used for 100 yen per 30 minutes.

There is a box in the living space for temporary storage of personal belongings that have been left behind.
Please make sure not to leave your personal belongings in common areas.

Edogawa Ward is very strict about waste separation.
Please make sure to separate all waste correctly before disposal.

The trash station is outside the house on the ground floor.
After tying up the trash bag, please carry it to the trash station outside.

【Burnables】
Please change the trash bag when the bin is 80 percent full.

 

【Recyclables】
Metal cans, glass bottles, plastic bottles
Please remove the cap and label and wash the bottle before disposal.
Please separate cans and bottles in the correct containers in the trash station.
