Calligraphy is for all people from small children to adults, regardless of nationality. It was an event which the calligrapher Suiki who expresses and shares her love of calligraphy and shows everyone how to enjoy and appreciate its beauty.
Dipping a brush into black ink and put your thoughts onto paper. In that moment we write, focusing only on the strokes and forgetting everything else.
After finishing, the mind is calm and refreshed. I was left with a feeling on level with Zazen and meditation.
