独立したメインリビングでは定期的に各国の料理イベントや、

時には家を出て、日本の四季を感じられる旅行に行きましょう！

《３》新しい学び体験ができる！
〜自宅のリビングで開かれるさまざまな学び場教室〜
ヨガ教室、各国の料理教室、和菓子教室、うどん手打ち教室etc.
自宅のメインリビングで講師がさまざまな教室を開きます。
入居者の方は無料！（または、材料費のみ）
新しい趣味や学びを見つけたり、自分磨きのきっかけに。
同じ住人さんとコミュニケーションをとるきっかけにも！

《４》使い分けられる２つのリビング
〜プライベートリビングと、メインリビングが選べる〜
Global HUBは、１３戸の３LDKが１つになった大型シェアハウス。
充実した共有スペースが魅力です。
それぞれ１３戸(４名ずつ)に用意されたプライベートリビングと、
棟の中央には、５０帖以上のメインリビングに分かれます。
みんなとのイベントでワイワイ楽しみたい時はメインリビング。
今日は少人数でダイニングキッチンで、
落ち着いてごはんをしたい時はプライベートリビングで。
その時の気分やシーンによってシェアする暮らし方を選べます。
《５》内装デザイン

リゾート風、アメリカンビンテージ風、北欧風etc.
各戸それぞれ内装デザインが違うのがGlobal HUBの魅力のひとつ。
男女それぞれに、独立した３LDKの１戸をご用意。
リビング、ダイニング、お風呂、トイレ、洗面など、
男女で分かれているので安心です。

A large sharehouse that can accommodate 52 tenants, made up of 13 3LDK apartments and a big main living room (over 80m2), with an easy access to the central Tokyo (35 min to Tokyo station).

【〜About -Global HUB – sharehouse〜】
Global HUB is a sharehouse that connects Japan with the rest of the world.
For Japanese tenants it allows one to polish the language skills through a “study abroad” that one can experience without leaving Japan.
Foreign tenants will be sharing the house with Japanese tenants of different level of English which is a perfect environment to steadily improve their Japanese level (those who are learning it) and give an opportunity to dive into the Japanese culture even for those foreign tenants who do not speak Japanese or just starting to learn it.

《１》”Studying abroad” experience in Japan!
〜Japanese-only and English-only, mixed environments available〜
■Separate environments with “Japanese-only” and “English-only” rules are available for tenants to choose from, depending on their goals

〜Different lessons and masterclasses at home〜
Yoga, Japanese cuisine and traditional sweets, a proper way to put on a kimono, toy making and other classes. Free for the tenants, taking place regularly in the living room. (some might require a fee to participate)
A great opportunity to learn more about the Japanese culture and challenge oneself to try something new!

《４》Two types of living rooms for different purposes.
〜Private and main living rooms to choose from〜
Global HUB is a big sharehouse that is made up of thirteen 3LDK apartments.
Each of the 3LDK apartments (shared by 4 people) has a separate living room, in addition to which a large main/common living room of over 80m2 is available is available as a shared space and hosts various events from time to time.
One can choose between a lively main living room and a more quiet private one depending on the mood.

《５》Different room designs to choose from !
〜Rooms are designed by using 5 different themes〜
Some of designs available include: resort, American vintage style, Scandinavian, etc.
The fact that one can choose the design it prefers is one of the unique points Global HUB offers.
Each 3LDK apartment within the sharehouse includes such areas as living and dining areas, bathroom, toilet and washroom. Each apartment can host up to 4 tenants of the same sex (4 male or 4 female tenants).
《６》30 min to the Makuhari Beach by bicycle!
〜 All tenants can rent a bicycle free of charge!〜
We offer rental bicycles to all our tenants:
■5 min to the closes station (Makuharihongō Station)
■15 min to Chiba Institute of Technology
■30 min to the Makuhari Beach
Enjoy getting around by bicycle from the first day!
《７》Connect with other Kizunaya members across Japan!
〜7 sharehouses in Japan, community of 150 members! 〜
Kizunaya currently has sharehouses in 4 different location: Tokyo, Osaka, Amami Ōshima and Chiba, with a community reaching 150 people.
From time to time we organize joint events, such as reserving a whole amusement park to promote communication between the houses.
By moving into just one house you can enjoy the connection with all of the others.
