The longer you live at Kizunaya sharehouse, the more affordable it will be! We are offering free rent and utility fee for up to one month. This plan is only available on the first contract. There are three types of plans to choose from when you move in.

A・One year discount plan
Save up to ¥40,000yen!
If you apply for more than 1 year, you will be entitled to a half-month free rent. (The free rent includes rent and utility fee)

B・Two year discount plan
The best value! You can save up to ¥80,000yen!
If you apply for more than 2 years, you will be entitled to one month’s free rent. (The free rent includes rent and utility fee)

C・Regular Contract Plan
If you move in without a fixed term of contract, you will move in with a standard contract.
If you want to stay for a short period of time, this plan would be best for you.

If you decide to move in under Plan A or Plan B, you will be eligible for a long term free rent on each plan. For more information, please ask our staff at the time of your contact.
