広めのお部屋はカップルフロア。4Fは家族やカップルが暮らせるフロアになります。ベッド・冷蔵庫・カーテン・収納が備え付け。

個室はベッド・冷蔵庫・カーテン・収納が付きます。収納は広々としていて使い勝手抜群！家賃は52,000円から。お部屋の広さによって価格が変わります。

ドミトリーは33,000円でロフトベッドごとに空間が分かれたセミプライベートドミトリータイプです。

共益費は個室は15,000円・ドミトリーは12,000円が別途かかります。
共益費には電気・水道・ガス・基本消耗品が含まれます。
その他、wifi通信と週1の業者清掃がサービスとなります。
