連日暑い日が続いていますね。
25日は絆家シェアハウス主催の
「夜の浅草花やしき貸切！
大人の夏祭り〜灼熱のアジア料理と、
謎仕掛けの夜〜」がありました。
今回は、フード屋台として参加した
Global HUB 幕張の
準備・舞台裏をほんの少し紹介します。

Global HUB 幕張は52人収容の
大型国際シェアハウス。
今回の夏祭りスタッフには、
台湾人が参加してくれたり、
ゲストの中には香港人やアメリカ人たちも
遊びに来てくれました。
HUBからはシンガポールのジンジャーチキンライス。
前日に70人分の材料を自転車で買い出しに行き、
夕ご飯がてら材料の準備。
たまたまジブリが放映されていたので、
鑑賞しながらのんびり楽しく準備できました。[:en]
Global HUB Makuhari is a large international sharehouse accommodating 52 people. Taiwanese participated in this summer festival staff, and Hong Kong and Americans came to visit among guests.
Singapore’s ginger chicken rice from our sharehouse HUB. We bought materials for 70 people went to by bicycles on the previous day and we cooked dinner and prepared.

看板作りも、
HUBらしく楽しくボードゲームを楽しんだあとに、
朝方まで映画を見ながら
のんびりと進めることができました。
こうやって、大きなイベントの裏側では、
ハウスファミリーのみんなが
楽しく協力してくれています。
もちろん当日は屋台もお祭り自体も大盛況。
準備・本祭、残すは打ち上げのみです！
HUBスタッフ打ち上げも、
いつも通り温かいものになることでしょう。
