今回おこなったのも、前回同様のハートのワーク。
以前は10名ほどで行ったこのワークも、
今回は40名弱集まりました。

このワークはあくまで
「お互いの価値観の理解」のためにあるものであり、
「誰が正しい正しくない」を決めるものではありません。

ハートの内側には「Global HUBの好きなところ」を、
外側には「『自分が』もっとHUBをこうしていきたいところ」
を書きました。

そして、それぞれが思い思いに、
自分のハウスの好きなところを伝えていきます。[:en]
This time it was the same as last time, workshop of the heart. the last time we had 10 people, now we had about 40 people gathered this time.

This work exists only for the “understanding of each other’s values” and is not to decide “who is right or wrong”.

We wrote “what part do you like of Global HUB” inside the heart and “what action can you do for Global HUB getting better” on the outside.

after that. we do presentation for everyone.

日本語が少ししかわからない外国人のファミリーには、
一人一人通訳として英語が得意な子達をつけて進めていきます。

「心配してくれる人が側にいることが本当にありがたい」
「ここにきてから、自分は変わることができた」
「本当に引っ越してきてよかった」
「ただいまといわれる生活が本当に嬉しい」
「新しいファミリーをフォローする思いやりが素敵」
「日本に家族がいない外国人の自分たちにとって、
本当に家族だと思ってる」
「例え国に帰ったとしても、ずっと友達でいてほしい」

「もっとイベントをしていきたい」
「もっと周りに気を配っていこうと思う」
「伝えたいことをしっかり伝えていきたい」
「もっとみんなのことを知りたい」

まずこうして一つの家で、出会えたことが奇跡だから。
でもそれは、実は出会う運命だったのかもしれない。

これからみんなで築いていく一つ一つのストーリー、
共有していける思い出が、
一人一人をつくっていく要素になっていきます。[:en]
For families of foreigners who only understand Japanese just a little, we proceeded with person who are good at English as interpreters.

Everyone said
“I am truly appreciative of having a worried person near me.”
“I have been able to change myself since I came here.”
“I’m really glad I moved here.”
“I’m really happy with the living life with you guys.”
“Compassion trying to follow new family is so nice”
“I really can feel that I am a family member here even I, foreigners do not have families in Japan.”
“Even if I go back to the country, I want you to be friends forever.”

“I want to do more events”
“I think I will take more care to the other”
“I want to tell firmly what I want to convey”
“I want to know more about everyone”

First of all, it is a miracle that we met in one house.
But it may have been the fate to meet actually.

Each story that we will build with everyone, memories that can be shared will become an element of making each person.
