Global HUBは、マンションの1階部分と2階の一部、合計13戸の3LDKを敷地としていて、
1戸に4名が共同で生活しています。
コミュニケーションは主にメインリビングでとります。
メインリビングとはGlobal HUBの交流場。
約50畳のリビングはテレビを見られるソファスペース、
床でゴロンとできるリラックススペース、
カウンターのあるキッチンスペースでできています。
この共用部分は、自分たちで使った分綺麗に片付けます。

住んでいる3LDKスペースについては、住んでいる4人で協力して掃除をします。
絆家の基本は「まずは自分で片付ける」。
トイレ・シャワー・キッチンなどの共用スペースは特に、
他に使う人のことを考えて常に綺麗に使用・片付けしていきます。
それでも汚れはたまるので、週に1回のペースで交代して共用スペースの掃除をします。
掃除の項目は決まっているので、
チェックリストに沿って拭きあげや掃除機がけなど行なっていきます。[:en]

Communication mainly takes in the main living room. Main living is an exchange place of Global HUB. みんなで集まるリビングのゴミは、前日にまとめて、
次の日は捨てられる人が一緒に捨ててくれています。
学校のように班毎に当番制にしなくとも、
日々有志でゴミ捨てに動いてくれる人がいる。
52人分の膨大な量の備品が届いたときは、
ファミリーが手伝ってくれて振り分けてくれる。

朝早く起きるのが苦手な人は、
夜のお皿洗いや料理、
