絆家シェアハウスでは、朝活が盛んに行われていますが、
Global HUB 幕張は今回は昼活にチャレンジ！
お昼にワンプレートランチパーティーを開催しました。
メニューは
・ガパオライス（目玉焼き添え）
・サクサクチキンフリットのトマトソース添え
・枝豆入りたまごサラダ
・絶品クラムチャウダー
・レモングラスティー
まるでカフェごはん。HUBでお馴染みの磯村料理長が今回も腕をふるってくれました。

“Asa-katsu” means some activity in the morning, it’s really popular among Kizuna-ya Sharehouse so far, this time Global HUB held one plate party for lunch as “Hiru-katsu(activity in the noon)”.
The menu is
· Gapao Rice (with fried eggs)
· Crispy chicken frit with tomato sauce
· egg salad
· clam chowder
· Lemongrass tea
It’s like cafeteria menu. Isomura chef and house family cooked.

平日は夜に会うことが多く、休日も各々予定があるため
昼間からたくさんのファミリーで会うことはそんなに多くない日々。
たまにはお昼に会って準備してご飯を共にするのは、
いつもと違った優雅な1日の始まりを感じることができました。
