絆家シェアハウスでは、朝活が盛んに行われていますが、
Global HUB 幕張は今回は昼活にチャレンジ！
お昼にワンプレートランチパーティーを開催しました。
メニューは
・ガパオライス（目玉焼き添え）
・サクサクチキンフリットのトマトソース添え
・枝豆入りたまごサラダ
・絶品クラムチャウダー
・レモングラスティー
まるでカフェごはん。HUBでお馴染みの磯村料理長が今回も腕をふるってくれました。

“Asa-katsu” means some activity in the morning, it’s really popular among Kizuna-ya Sharehouse so far, this time Global HUB held one plate party for lunch as “Hiru-katsu(activity in the noon)”.
The menu is
· Gapao Rice (with fried eggs)
· Crispy chicken frit with tomato sauce
· egg salad
· clam chowder
· Lemongrass tea
It’s like cafeteria menu. Isomura chef and house family cooked.

平日は夜に会うことが多く、休日も各々予定があるため
昼間からたくさんのファミリーで会うことはそんなに多くない日々。
たまにはお昼に会って準備してご飯を共にするのは、
いつもと違った優雅な1日の始まりを感じることができました。

We usually meet at night on weekdays, also at night on weekend because each family has plans for holidays, so there are not many days to meet at daytime.
