最終日は８０００平米という想像不可能な土地を持つシェアハウスCASAGOYAへ。
みんなでドライブしながら、食材を買い込み、シェアハウス到着。
ついたら素敵な古民家とオーナーの牛飼 勇太 (Yuta Ushikai)さんが
暖かく迎え入れてくださいました。
まずは古民家を見学。綺麗なお部屋に縁側、ロフト付き。
しかも、なんとこの古民家・・・囲炉裏まであるんです。

冬にお鍋とか最高だなーなんて考えながら、
憧れだったものが全て揃っているシェアハウスにみんなワクワクです。
そんな素敵なシェアハウスのお庭でBBQ 。[:]

こだわりの有機野菜とともにみんなでいただきます！

青空の下で食べるBBQは本当に美味しくてあっという間にお肉と野菜が消えていきます。

ご飯の後は、柿の木を一本丸ごと、干し柿に。

２００個近く柿をみんなでむきむき。
剥いた後は、焼酎につけて、紐でくくって垂らしていきます。

干し柿ってこんな風に作っているんだー！と驚きでした。
縁側に垂らせば風情があって、思わず写真を撮りたくなってしまいます。
あっと言うまに新幹線の時間が・・・[:]

帰り道に日本３大温泉の有馬で一息ついたら、さようなら！
みんな散り散りになっていきます・・・
楽しかった３日間。
別れは淋しいけれど、きっと今回の旅行で新しき絆が繋がったはず。
みんな素敵な時間をありがとう。また今度！
日常を旅するように暮らすシェアハウス。
さて、次回はどこへ行こうかなー。
海外旅行でも企画しようかな。

[:ja]Unfortunately, it is the last day of our field trip for adults.
A trip you can’t experience through a tour or travel agency.
Enjoying BBQ and Persimmons gathering on Rokko Mountain.
Here is the report of the final day.
Time flies when you are having fun.
And it is the last day of the trip.
The day was off to a great start with perfect weather and not a cloud in the sky.
We spent the final day at the sharehouse CASAGOYA which owns an astonishing 8000 sq meters of Rokko Mountain.
We drove to the sharehouse and bought the ingredients on our way.
It was beautiful traditional house and the owner Ushigai-san welcome us upon arrival.
Ushigai-san gave us a tour of the house and we were excited to fina a hearth found typically at a traditional Japanese house.
We gathered at backyard of the sharehouse for the BBQ. With organic plenty of organic vegetables, it was time to eat.
The BBQ eaten under the blue sky was delicious and the ingredients was gone instantly.
After our meal, we picked all the persimmons on the tree and decided to make dried persimmons.
We pealed about 200 persimmons and soaked in Shochu and hanged it to dry.
It was fascinating to see how dried persimmons was made.
Having the dried persimmons hanged on the blacony was truly a photogenic scene.
Unfortunately, it was almost time for our bullet train.
As we headed to the station, we stopped at Arima hot spring to enjoy a nice bath.
It was finally time for our farewell.
It was a fun and eventful 3 days.
Saying goodbye was sad but we knew we would see each again if we stayed in Kizunaya.
